The staff is very welcoming and friendly. As advertised online, They have a phenomenal set up for breakfast. The room was clean and cozy, and they even allowed a 1pm check out. I highly recommend staying here. Compared to the other spots on this street, they surpassed my expectations.

Clean, well run hotel. Morning breakfast buffet is good. Rooms are basic, clean. Fridge in every room. Have stayed here many times and would go back again.

DO NOT STAY HERECatalytic converter was stolen from our Prius while parked in their parking lot overnight.A second car also had their catalytic converter stolen that same night. Staff told us it's an ongoing issue.Management is ignoring our attempts to contact them.Safety: The property is not safe and management is not taking responsibility for the crimes being committed there.

Worst experience, We booked room with two queen beds as we were 3 adults with one infant. At the time of check in, rude receptionist gave us room with one bed and told me to sleep on the sofa, how can you change the reservations when we already booked the room with mentioned facilities and paid for the same almost 2 months before. Moreover, she refused to transfer us into two beds room even we had a booking and we were telling her that, we have a baby and need some comfort.I wouldn’t expect such service from hotel like Holiday Inn.Won’t recommend this place.

Horrible uncomfortable beds. Might as well been sleeping on the floor. Otherwise no complaints. This is an area I travel to frequently (the hotel I have stayed at previously undergoing complete remodel)& on the search for another hotel nearby where I can actually get a good night's sleep on a comfortable bed.Rooms: Better mattresses needed.

Worst STAFF EVER!! We came to Chicago for a concert, when we booked online it said it only needed a 21 year old present to stay in the room but 18+ to book/pay. We get to the hotel and the lady instantly tells me fiancé (19) that he cannot check in. She continues to argue with us and says she will have to do this whole process to change the booking details, have to have my sister (23) pay, etc. (we live 4 hours away and no banks nearby that we could transfer money into her account for the hotel). We try to reason with her in letting us use his card since we made an agreement to pay for the hotel if my sister paid for the gas up here. Finally the manager comes out and says we could’ve just signed a paper saying he could sign off on her using his card. The lady at the counter was not happy we were doing that but we finally got into our hotel room.If you want to book here, be aware you might have trouble!

The hotel, 3rd floor and my room smell like stinky feet. They are not so friendly, they aren't pet friendly but the good thing it's the bed, it's really

Not a bad hotel location overall. Only complaints would be tight bathrooms, no bottles of water in the room, and pretty steep parking prices for those who want to leave the car at the hotel while traveling even though the parking has tons of space.

No complaints. Great staff and a great clean hotel with good breakfast and a 24 hour fitness room. Everything is up to par and looks good with easy parking at the hotel ?

Its a bit dated but the room was very clean! The free breakfast was hot and fresh. Walking distance from Mitsuwa which is convenient for lunch. We'll definitely stay here

Checked in at 11pm, I understand I had no reservation but the staff member assisting me was incredibly snobby about it, given a two bedroom room for just me, told that there was absolutely nothing else available, the room was all the way on the 6th floor on the very end corner of the building. I found roaches, took pictures of them, and went to speak with management the next morning and there was noone to be seen at the desk. A room service attendant had to go behind the desk to drag the staff member out to the front desk, rolling her eyes at me. I informed her of the roaches, showed her the pictures, and asked for a refund. In return I got another eyeroll and a sigh, only for her to dismiss my concern saying she couldn't do anything about it and that all she could do was ask her manager to give me a call. She had me leave my phone number and I left for work. Got home from work and there were no missed calls. I tried calling them and was told the manager was not in today and would be in tomorrow and that I should try calling again tomorrow.

They were very accommodating for our family staying for 3 days, allowed us table access for the evening to visit with each other. Our flights weren’t until late evening and they were gracious enough to let us extend our stay to even nap prior to checking out. If we were ever in the area again we will be staying there again. Thank from our family to yours.

Good size room and breakfast. Some staff we interacted with were friendly! However, on our last day when my mom forgot her purse at the breakfast lounge, her purse was returned but her wallet with $800 and credit cards had magically disappeared even though it was a staff that found the purse and gave it to the manager Marissa to take care of it in her office. Conveniently the one camera that they have in the hotel was off or not working. And around 10-10:30 AM in the middle of the day the manager had to conveniently leave the hotel to pick up/drop off her son. It didn’t make sense to me so leave mid-shift to run personal errand. Fishy staff and no cameras for security so this kind of thing happens a lot I believe. Stay at your own risk. It’s also far from downtown Chicago so that was another con.

This hotel is a good distance from the airport, enough to not hear the airplanes but close enough to reach the airport with a 20 minute drive. The rooms are decent enough but not a good place to work if you want lights. There are no in ceiling lights only lamps. The rooms are old-fashioned with little cracks on the edge of the rooms. The bathroom is small and would not honestly recommend it if you are traveling with a family. Breakfast was good featuring a choice of bagels, cheese omelets, cereal, oats, yogurts, and sausages. The pancake maker takes a bit of time. Juice choices include cranberry, orange, and apple. This hotel also features a market where you can buy food or other essentials. Chicago is a cold place if you come make sure you bring jackets, it gets very cold at night.
