Had a repair I needed done, while also trying to address an issue with the alignment of my bumper that this shop had placed back on my car. I was accused of lying, without any proper justification for a statement like that to be made. I was completely disrespected. Regardless of this shop owner or managers accusation, I had nothing to “lie” about. Disgusted by this person’s response and attitude, and was the last thing I needed on top of on what was one of the most difficult days of my life. Word of advice, avoid bringing in your car to this shop - at your own risk.
