So bad... almost nothing on the shelves. And the few items they did have were damaged. Ribbon all off the spools, cardstock bent... I'm not sure what happened to this place.

I'm shocked that a store within a chain as giant as JoAnn has been without Internet for 5+ days at this point. No returns, no card purchases over $50 or so... It's post-holiday time, all customers want to do is return purchases or buy up the Christmas clearance. Disappointed how lackadaisical the store management is to a basic need for a store of this size to function.

The star is so much better than the one in Vernon hills! It's huge and has a great selection. The staff was nice as well

Store was a mess - very low inventory empty shelves - waited 25 minutes to check out 1 person on check out. Not going back to this store. Front door was broken and had to enter thru exit door. I have not been in there in a couple of months but WOW it was pretty bad. Not sure if bankrupsty is the cause but they are not going to make if with a store like this.

I went for a poster board that said was in stock 50 of them thats why i drove to that store and when i got there was nothing on the shelves and i ask somone for help and asked if they can go look in the back she said no she cant beacuse there is alot of boxes
back there and dont know where it can be, and their main goal was taking Christmas stuff out ....... i guess not trying to help customers find what they need. That's great.....

This store location had 7 of the machine I wanted in stock, which is why I specifically went to this one. Was told by an employee that they have the machine but they “cant” get one for me because it’s in a pile in the back from September….. Yet there were six people working the store and not one could get the machine for me? Absolutely ridiculous.

Lots of shelves were empty in the sewing section, the framing counter was closed and there were minimal frames available. Overall the store was poorly lit and had definitely seen better days. I'm off to Michael's.

They dont actually do curbside unless the store is empty even though they claim they do. You're better of going into the store for your pick up order or beret yet go to Michaels. At Michaels they allow you to pick up your own order instead of waiting for a cashier
