The finance department is impeccably difficult to work with. At purchase, I wired over $35K down to their department to which weeks later they called in a panic claiming they never got it and demanded I drop a check off by EOD. After insisting they double check, they found the payment…Not to mention after that I received a letter saying my financing application was rejected (over a month after purchase and had set up a payment plan). I called to confirm the issue and was greeted by an email, no call back, stating “it was automated and not to worry”. Still don’t trust that this won’t somehow cause issues in the coming weeks. Loved my buying experience, but the aftermath and chaos of dealing with their finance department has deterred me from ever buying from them again or recommending their services in good faith.

I scheduled my vehicle in for service regarding 2 concerns - they were investigated and found to be not needing attention yet. There were however 2 maintenance items that were outstanding and they were able to take care of these in a timely manner before the snow storm that was forecasted. I REALLY appreciate the Service department - they are always friendly and helpful! THANK YOU!!

Haresh is the best service member. He is always polite and friendly and is fast and efficient with check-in and check-out. My car was ready in 45 minutes and he made everything super easy. Hands down ask for Haresh when you go to get service at Lexus of Arlington!

The purchase of my new car was easy and Frank Benson, my sales representative, was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly . Whenever I had any questions he responded in a timely manner and did everything he could to make my wait tolerable! The only problem I had was the wait time from when I ordered the car until I actually got it, which of course, was no fault of Frank! Everyone was very helpful and courteous

I have so much to say , but it’s nothing but good. This dealership is absolutely incredible! Aside from it being a Lexus which is the best car. It’s the best dealership I’ve ever been to, and Muhammad plays a big role in making that possible. He is so hospitable to the point where it feels like home! Definitely go there and ask for Muhammad if you want to have a smooth day, and not feel like it was all wasted!

As always- Ed is able to get me scheduled fast and take care of things quickly! He treats me as if I were family and the whole service team makes sure my car is always running it’s best since they know I’m driving hours a day! I always appreciate the great customer service!

Review Title: Delayed Refund ResolutionI had initially engaged with Lexus Arlington with high hopes based on their reputation and reliable management. However, my recent experience has left me dissatisfied.I placed an order for a car and submitted a refundable (!!) deposit of as part of the order. Regrettably, circumstances led to the cancellation of my order. Despite following the necessary protocols and contacting management team through multiple channels, including 2 e-mails and 2 phone calls, to request the return of my deposit, I encountered significant delays.Disappointment ensued as over a month passed without any acknowledgment or progress regarding the refund. The lack of responsiveness or updates on the status of the refund process has been disconcerting.I understand the complexities involved in processing refunds, yet the prolonged delay has been inconvenient. It reached a point where I had to resort to initiating a cashback request through my credit card company to resolve the matter independently.While I had hoped for a smoother resolution directly with Lexus Arlington , the protracted delay in refunding the deposit has led to dissatisfaction with the overall customer experience.I remain open to a positive resolution and hope that this feedback highlights the importance of prompt and efficient customer service, especially in matters involving refunds.....

I had asked for an appointment today at 3 pm for an in-person meeting to discuss a new vehicle purchase. The dealership missed noting that I was coming in-person and the sales person was not prepared to speak with me today. I can understand that but they did not offer for another member of their team to start the discussions and asked me to check back in an hour ( I called but the sales manager did not pick up his phone or have the courtesy to call me back). I took time off my Saturday afternoon with the hope of having a conversation and to make a decision but unfortunately it was quite unproductive (never heard of car dealerships shunning customers). I will take my business elsewhere with a hope that other Lexus dealerships are customer friendly....

I brought my car for an oil change. Last time when I was there, they marked on inspection recommendation sheet that I will have to replace my break pads soon. I did that a week before my recent visit at this dealership, using my mechanic, so Lexus of Arlington doesn't have this break pads change in their record. And again, after this recent visit, inspection recommendation sheet says my break pads need to be replaced. So my questions are: who and how does the inspection? Did they even look at the pads? Or this is an scam try, to perform unnecessary service?

Lexus of Arlington is a very high end, customer service oriented car dealership. They offer many amenities to the customers including complimentary soft drinks, snacks and an overall pleasant experience for the customer. Alex Castro was my salesman and he was knowledgeable, classy, patient, thorough and an overall a pleasure to work with. I never felt like I was getting taken advantage of and I trusted Alex implicitly. He was very kind and understanding. The finance managers, Kamil Wojcik and Jim were also very knowledgeable, personable and helpful. They worked extremely hard to get me the best rate and the most for my money. I truly felt like they were treating the transaction as if they were spending their own money and I felt like they fully understood how hard I work for my money and wanted me to get the best deal possible. I would rate my experience as a 5 plus star rating and it was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. I hope these amazing individuals are singled out and praised for their hard work and dedication.

I am writing a follow up review of a previous review posted by my husband (James) regarding the purchase of an automobile for my son. Please do not respond with a solution you have no intention of keeping. After attempting to contact you (the manager) with the number you provided, not only did you not answer but we never received a return call. We will no longer buy any cars (used or new) from you or recommend your dealership. We have purchased at least seven automobiles from you in the past. We expected better customer service from you and at the very least a resolution to our dilemma..
