Was very satisfied with the service & repair. I appeared to have a leak on my roof and I had another roofing company out and unfortunately the problem was just above wher they did their repair. So I called M &M and the were able to locate exactly wher the problem was and repaired it.

M&M is fantastic. We had a leak in our roof in January 2023 - the leak was at one of our attic vents. We called M&M in the morning and they had someone out the same day to look at and tarp the leak. They then fixed it permanently within a couple days. I highly recommend.

I have used M&M for years for our commercial roof. I recently had a leak in one of our units and called M&M and they sent someone out here right away. It was a tricky leak, the issue was near a sky light. At first, no one could find it so M&M sent out a supervisor, brainstormed some ideas and had it fixed quickly. I am happy to say that after some summer storms, we don't have any more water getting into our warehouse.

The M and M team worked with me on my roofing project from point of contact to completion. Each step was conveyed in detail and the person(s) assigned the task, prompt and concise. My roofing project was completed in an extremely timely manner with excellent communication from start to finish. We first became aware of M&M because of their work with community organizations like the American Cancer Society Relay For Life. When we needed a repair to our chimney flashing on our new home, we thought of them first. Angie was fantastic and arranged for our appointment to happen quickly and fitting with our schedule. Marc, who came to give us an estimate, was wonderful and not only looked at the chimney but gave us a few tips and advice, as new homeowners, even grabbing a ladder and nailing in a piece of siding that was loose. Then the worker who came to do the repair (sorry I forgot his name) was friendly, efficient and worked very hard. He also provided some advice to us as new homeowners on what he thought had happened and how his fix would prevent future problems, even offering to send a photo so we could see the repair. We were very happy with our experience with M&M and have already recommended them to a friend. And when we need a new roof in a few years, they will be our first call!

I can’t give enough positive feedback on my experience with M&M Home Remodeling. I had to have a full siding installation due to water leaks and I’m thrilled with the early returns. Marc Goddard was very detail oriented and did a great job of keeping me informed through the entire process. He was understanding and truly went above and beyond from start to finish. My family was fortunate to have him in our corner for such a big project.
