Great first impression when we took our cat for the first time earlier this month. They cared for my cat very gently and helped us new cat moms understand the appointment at the same time. Highly recommend

We just moved here last year, so had to find a new vet for our German Shepherd and Husky. I chose March because they practice fear free medicine and our Shepherd has lots of anxiety with new people. They were very welcoming to us as new patients and allowed us to enter the back door with our Shepherd so that she wouldn't encounter any other dogs and not be scared when walking through the front door. I have met two of the vets here so far and multiple technicians. Everyone is very professional and knowledgeable. Pricing is fair. I would recommend this vet clinic to friends and family.

Always friendly. I like that they explain different paths and prices for your pets; it seems genuine instead of just wanting your money.

Took my 17 month old mini Aussie to March Animal Hospital today after having issues with my previous veterinary hospital. My dog had ingested a toxic plant back in August & is still having issues with diarrhea on & off. Has been on the same med three times and it keeps coming back. My little Heidi saw the traveling vet, Ellen Boyd, who was so wonderful. She was very thorough, answered all my questions before I could even ask them. She was asking lots of questions, was reviewing the notes from her ER visit, called the poison hotline to get the report from them from when I had placed the call. I can’t say enough about what a great experience this was. I feel like finally someone wants to really help my dog get better by figuring out what is causing her symptoms rather than treating them the same over & over again and ending up back at square one. Thank you Dr Boyd!

We adopted 2 kittens, our first pets in many many years. March Animal Hospital has been wonderful in both caring for our new kitties and also educating us and answering all our questions. We couldn’t be happier with their service.

Been bringing my all my fur babies here for years now. We switched from another local animal hospital here in MP. Could not be happier with their care and their respect. We love March! They are the sweetest, most caring vets I have ever encountered. They are very informative and upfront when you ask questions. Highly recommend March!

Went in for a visit to get flea/heartworm/tick med prescription renewed, vaccine updates, as well as an annual checkup. Due to my dogs anxiety, they were only able to do the checkup and give the initial distemper shot as it needs a booster. I was informed that the booster would be charged separately when it was actually administered... no problem. However, during this conversation, the nurse informed me that since the booster would be given within 30 days (was actually 2 weeks) that I would not need to pay for another pet exam/checkup on my next visit. However, upon completing my next visit, I noticed that I was charged for another check-up. When I brought this to the front desk secretary's attention, she dismissed it, and gave some excuse that it was 53 dollars instead of 65 like the last time. That didn't answer my question as to why I had been charged, obviously, but, as I had other obligations and did not have my receipt from the prior visit on hand, I let it go for the time being. Additionally, the nurse and doctor were both different on this second visit (as they are every time) so there's very little consistency and I didnt have anyone to immediately refer to in order to get clarification on this egregious charge. Additionally, I was told that they would phone in a prescription to the online pharmacy I use, as theirs is significantly more expensive it has now been weeks, and I have not received that prescription or the meds which are obviously super important (heartworm). If seems to me as though once the new management took over (I've been coming here for years) all that they want to do is hustle you for money in bogus ways, lie to you/be unclear as to costs of things, and push their own in house pharmacy that is often 5x or more the cost of other pharmacies online. I understand that this is an extremely affluent area, so they feel as though they can get away with it, but it is very immoral imo, and they seem to have little compassion for their patients. If you are a working person on an average budget, I would avoid this place at all costs, as they will scam you, under prescribe knowing they will over prescribe weeks later, and additionally, because of all of the different staff, which seems to have pretty high turnover, the communication is extremely subpar, and the personableness of the practice is non-existent. I've wasted thousands here in a short period for nothing more than regular checkups, vaccines, and flea/heartworm meds, and have been increasingly disappointed which each consecutive visit. If you care about your pets and don't want to get the constant runaround front poorly manages, money grubbing practice, please, PLEASE, go elsewhere!

Went to Dr Lindsay and was almost scolded because I did not want to do certain tests for my 10 year old dog.Switched to the other head doc. My dog needed to have a test done. She reported this as a large tumor in his chest…. Turned out he does not have this. No phone call to apologize for misinformation..I do have to add that their staff are outstanding but does not change the fact that the docs are aweful.

Absolutely amazing experience. I brought my dog in suffering from heat stroke and EVERYONE was so comforting, understanding, compassionate and communicative with me. I had to bring him back the next morning and even with some changes to staff, everyone from the doctors and nurses to the nurses assistants and the client services reps and the practice manager. They were all so supportive. I couldn’t ask for anything better!

I can't imagine taking my sweet Eleanor to a better place. The level of compassion here at March is incredible. You can tell that everyone here has such a passion and love for animals. Not to mention how friendly the front desk staff is. March goes above and beyond to help everyone.

Three years ago, I got brought home a German Shepard rescue. He in no way shape or form likes going to the vet. The vet I had been going to would not see him unless he was under antiesthetic. I saw that March was a fear free practice and thought I would try them. After my first visit I can say it seems like the best move I could have made. The staff and Dr, C took the time to explain all treatment options, they were professional and presented as being concerned about my dog, but most importantly took the time to interact with my dog. By the time we left it was the most relaxed I have ever seen my dog at the vets. They were talking to my dog instead of at him. Very impressed and would recommend them to anyone with an anxious dog.
