The older woman on fitting room is rude. She will go and touch how many clothes you have like you a thieve. When I was done and had a piece that didn't fit me, I asked her and she raised her voice and had me put it back to the hanger. I walked out and left everything. I felt humiliated and one older woman saw that. The store needs to stop profiling. Never stopping by again

The store cashier, a woman in glasses, is very rude! I approached the cashier and said hello first, but she didn't even respond to the greeting. She threw my purchase and rudely said the amount. I didn't continue making a purchase because of the bad customer service! She has poker face !

I used to be a regular customer here. They had a lot of cute products and nice staff. Kaley, Carolyn, Tonya, Heidi, Martha, and Violeta were very kind and helpful. They took the time to help me find the shoes, toys, and home goods I was looking for. I haven't seen some of those ladies in a while, though. Thank you for your help!
The reason I stopped coming here: Two of the managers were VERY unprofessional! They yelled at their employees for making mistakes. One of them rolled her eyes at an employee and called her an idiot! The other one refused to help a customer because she was “busy.” Maybe they had stuff going on at home. But don’t take it out on your employees and customers!

Marshalls, sold me some wacky sunscreen that burn my eyes pretty badly. It’s the neutrogena brand. When I tried to return it without a receipt, they insisted I gave them my driver’s license. Even though I did not have one. You didn’t ask for it when I bought the stupid product. Left it behind so y’all can resell it since it means that much to you. It was only $7, but not a dime of my money is going to your establishment. This is the last useless product I will buy from your corporation. I hope your greed works out.

Can't even go into the dressing room because of their dumb policy that women cannot go into the mens dressing room and vice versa. Like seriously we're supposed to come out every time we try something on so we can show our significant other? Ridiculous policy

All right store, but I was surprised how the manager talked to the cashier in front of me. Very rude and I was embarrassed for her. I hate supporting locations that treat their staff like that, and in front of customers.

Horrible customer service!!A cashier named Martha should not be working in a place where she has to serve people, she threw my son's driver's license and receipts at him, she asked me if she would have done the same to white people??He is a rude and racist person, I will try to make a report to the corporation!!
