I was greeted when I walked in and was immediately helped. At first the speediness made me feel like they just wanted me out of there, but it was clear that this employee really knew their stuff and is just a fast worker. She knew their inventory well and was able to find the correct match for my unusual stature right away. She and another employee helped assess the appropriateness of the choices to the event's attire, and I left feeling confident. A larger selection would have been great, but considering I'm an odd size I'm glad they had something fitting in stock.

This location is the worst. None of the original measurements fit, did not give my dad his bow tie or suspenders, sent away some of our groomsmen because they said I was at ‘Jos A Bank’. Incompetent and rude employees.. go to Schaumburg. They actually know what they’re doing.

Horrible experience. Suit alterations were NOT ready for my mother's funeral. Charged me for alterations not done. you owe me a refund for services not done.

They don't care if your rental fits unless you're the groom. Everyone in that store doesn't want to be there and it shows. Poor customer service and they don't know how to use a tape measure.

I was at this location looking for shirt for my homecoming dance. I showed this man the shirt I wanted and he took my measurements. He seemed very annoyed that he had to open one for me to try on. Once I tried it on, I realized it was a little too small on me. I have broad shoulders and long arms so I asked for a larger size and that's when he tried to bully me into getting the smaller size. He seemed very snobby and said that one fit me perfectly when it was clearly very tight by my shoulders. Thankfully, another lady came by and told him that he was wrong and that it was in fact tight on me. She's the only reason i'm not giving this a 1 star. He was clearly upset after he had to open another shirt. If you don't like your job, work somewhere else.

The store manager, Marisel, is amazing!!! She is so on top of it and provides the best customer service. We were able to get my son measured and then found the perfect outfit so quickly. She is also so friendly as well. I really was surprised at the level of customer service she provided. It should be how every retail experience is!! Thank you!!

Got fitted here for a tuxedo for my wedding. Measuring went fine, and when choosing vests, I was told that a specific swatch that I was interested in (green paisley on one side and green stripes on the other) was reversible. I was specifically interested in the green paisley on the front, which they confirmed it would be. When it came in, the vest was not reversible, and the stripes were on the front. When I asked if there was *any* green paisley vests, even in a different shade, they said no and completely dismissed it. As well, the brown shoes I got were apparently brand new, which meant they were way too tight. They said they could order a different pair, but couldn't guarantee they would be broken in so they might also be too tight. So what's the point of getting measured? The whole time, the assistant manager helping me was very dismissive and clearly just trying to get me out of there. Ended up going to the Crystal Lake Men's Wearhouse, where an associate there pointed me to a perfect green paisley vest that got in the day of my wedding, as well as ordered another pair of shoes that were the correct size and actually fit perfectly. I'll never go back to the Arlington Heights location, but I'll happily go to the Crystal Lake one again. Worth the drive.

I went in knowing what I wanted. All I needed was to be measured. The lady acted like it was to much for her to do. She then told me the white tux was not available for rent in any store. I then went to Schaumburg and they had the tux. They were happy to help me and made me feel so comfortable.

I'm no Karen and I never leave reviews, but this experience has been absurd and I'm tired of being forced to use this company as a groomsman. I'd also like to add that this isn't a slight on this location specifically so much as it is the company as a whole based on many experiences at different locations. However, this time around I had measurements taken 2 months ago and was told that my tux would be ready 2 weeks ahead of the wedding to allow time for final alterations. It was delivered to the store 4 days before the wedding and almost nothing fit. The shirt and the vest weren't even close. Another groomsman recieved shoes for a todler. Size 8 todler shoes. Hes 6ft 250lbs. Cant make this up.Why do you even waste our time to come in an take measurements if youre just going to piece together random sizes? I PAID $269.99 FOR THIS.I was told that they'd order a smaller vest and a larger shirt for me (that I'll have to take more time out of my week to go an pick up). I was also told that the jacket could not be altered, so my choices were a jacket that fit the torso, but prevented me from raising my arms past my rib cage OR a jacket that fit the arms/shoulder better, but would fit the torso like a garbage bag. I opted for the former and decided I'll just keep my arms at my sides for pictures and for the ceremony. I PAID $269.99 FOR THIS.Here's the kicker. One of the employee's kept harping on the $20 late fee that would be charged to me if I didn't return the suit less than 24 hours after the wedding (wedding is saturday evening and the return deadline is 6pm on sunday). The timeframe is rediculous and it is insulting that this is imposed while your company can deliver on your promises a week and a half late with a product that's half baked and with no apology at that.I will continue to share this experience with everyone I can and will gladly pay 4 times this price to avoid working with your incompentant clown shop in the future.

I have been shopping at Men's Wearhouse for a while. Algonquin store is very nice, so is Batavia, but this place not so much. I was helped by Felicia, or not. I asked for a shirt with french cuffs with black cuff lings, she said we don't have one. I said they're right over there she said we don't have your size, I said it's right there, she said I don't think you'd like that fit without asking what I would like. I said may I see it, she don't open the PKG. I was racially profiled. I was very upset, shame on u Felicia, if u should go to this store, stay away from this person.

When I walked in, I wasn't greeted by anyone but I prefer not to be bothered when I initially browse for a suit.Once I selected the suit, Marisel measured my neck size and helped me with the right sized shirt. I asked about hemming and was told they would help me expedite for my upcoming event. Thanks again to Marisel who went above and beyond to make sure I would have my suit ready for pick up and also found the needed promo code so I got the best price.Currently there is a promo for $25 off for every $75 spent that can be used on purchases of $125+ during June 4-8. Quite excited that I earned $125 off my next purchase of $125+, so I'll be able to grab another blazer, pants or shirts for little to nothing.
