Great service but up grading is horrible u have to pay for a new phone no deal in that.the deals r only to get u in,about 3 months later everything changes for the worse! They r the worse company i ever dealt with in 30 years !theres so many different companies now its a shame to end up there they dont deserve your buiness !

Punk Clerk Maurice Forced Florida Area Code. Refused To Tell Me Who Is Changing The Address On My Account To "708 Ceeks," Stopping My Service (Says Call Customer Service), & Forced Another 4G Phone After Service Was Out For Three Weeks In November, After Service Was Paid For. These Punk Clerks Are Tampering With Accounts & Service. Response Below Is Much Of The Same Runaround, No Answers, No Customer Service. These People Want To Be Chased Around For Tampering & Changing Information To Customer Information & Accounts. Where Criminal Service Replaces Customer Service.

The employees of this store helped me tremendously a few months ago. I was in need of a new phone & plan quickly and they not only helped me get it figured out but they stayed late to transfer all of the data from my old phone to the new one. Very grateful for their patience!

I have been a cricKet customer since about day 1. Knew about MetroPCS since then. It was a west coast brand. Not available in Chicago. Since then it's obviously grown. Both cricKet and Metro used Sprint back then and were subsidiaries of other companies. The contracts with sprint were due to end and the big guys bought them up. ATT bought cricKet and T-Mobile bought MetroPCS.

I ask these morons if they had a certain promotion going on and I told them I would be driving from Wheaton to buy a phone from them only to be told that they would be selling it to another lady who didn't even have her account info ready. Bunch of unprofessional Knuckleheads.
