My business partner and I have worked with a few different locations of Minuteman Press and we love working with them but the location in Arlington Heights is probably the worst experience in terms of customer service and communication.Time and time again, I’ve tried reaching out to them a week or days in advance for printings for our events through their online inquiry and then I’d send my own follow up message just to confirm but they never seem to answer their calls or respond to inquiries or emails.This lack of responsiveness has been frustrating and has left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Especially because this particular location is the most convenient, It’s disappointing because I was hoping to use their services for all our future printing needs, but their unresponsiveness has pushed me to no longer use them.

This business was in the midst of a physical relocation when I placed my order (online and in person), so I wasn't surprised when it took much longer than expected to receive my business cards (several weeks). But then when I tried to contact them, due to the fact that the cards weren't cut straight and had a incorrect digit in the phone number (rendering the cards useless) their contact information was incorrect (old address), and their phone number (both online and on Yelp) was disconnected...figures. Money down the drain. So much for trying to support local.

There is no other print shop in the area to depend on! I have known Russell for several years via two companies.....He gets things done and is always beating our competitors prices! His work is AMAZING, he is honest with dead lines and pricing, and his quality of printing is OUTSTANDING!!! I couldn't recommend this place enough!!!

I was looking for a printing company to help me edit and print bridal shower invitations. I shopped around and found that Minuteman offered a great price compared to other printing companies, but I was most impressed with how they responded quickly to my emails.
I worked mostly with Russell who wrote me several paragraphs explaining in detail what Minuteman Press could do for me and offering me options while other companies were one sentence responses. I didn't feel that the other companies I reached out to cared very much about my project. I thought Russell did a great job communicating with me and explaining things clearly. I was happy with the result. I recommend Minuteman Press to others.
