Reused nail files, didnt tell me they couldnt execute my reference picture, just did an awful “replica”. id rather be told “i cant do that” than your worst attempt. all the nails are on at horrible angles, are painful to have on. First picture is what i wanted, second is what i received. Dont waste your money here.

DONNOT DO ZELLE! Pay with credit card. I have been here 4 times over the last year. The ladies liked me. Today when I paid with Zelle as what the owner requests and he put him information into my network. The payment didn’t come through for well over a hour. But There was confirmation code I showed him and they had me on the phone with my bank and sharing things I shouldn’t share in public. The woman was even looking at my bank account after I showed her the receipt from Zelle to their business. The owner kept insisting it probably wasn’t his number which HE PHYSICALLY entered into my phone. They kept me there and eventually we even called the police. They wanted me to pay double even after I showed proof of confirmation. They didn’t take into account that this can happen. With my clients, I have had this happen and if they showed me confirmation I knew payment was delayed but would come so I wouldn’t put any burden on them and payments to me are in the 100’s and not 37$. Also the nail tech was great and I tipped her more than 20% so I cared to make sure they would get payment. Instead of being concerned about keeping my business they put me through a lot and even the cops seemed annoyed with them. After it all, the woman was still trying to not take any responsibility for this whole fiasco and said I need to make sure I answer my phone when they call to confirm payment. They barely apologized. Mostly they were accusing me of not entering in correct information and never offered to make a very bad situation right. These are not smart owners and the way they handled the situation was appalling. If they would have handled this better I wouldn’t have left a review but these are the kinds of people who even if they make a mistake, the customer will end up being wrong. It just seemed like they didn’t want to see the lesson from this situation and apologizing is hard for them or realizing this can happen with Zelle.
When they received payment they sent me a sorry for the troubles text. Gee, thanks!

I definitely don't recommend or visit this salon again, I got an infection in my nails.( Fungus)
I have pain and I can't even wear high-heeled shoes. It does not disinfect any instruments .When I spoke to the administrator of the salon, she told me to apply cuticle oil and apologized. That's it!

I stopped here last minute to have my acrylic nails removed and a manicure. Best decision ever! Classic no frills salon with affordable prices as well as a super friendly staff ! The owner told me she’s been there for 26 years. Such a great experience!

I’ve now gone here 4 times and have been very satisfied each visit! Highly recommend, 10/10, very nice and polite people who provide quality nails each time!

My $35 pedicure turned into $235 after 2 visits to a podiatrist for ingrown removal. Within 4 hours of my pedicure that I specifically said, just file my nails I was in pain. I had 4 ingrown nails.. 2 of the 4 had a bacterial infection. I called to let them know and I wasn’t even offered a refund just “sorry have a nice day!” Beyond disgusting!

I grew up in the area and have been going to nail care since kindergarten. They are so kind, always remember my name, ask about my family, and do a great job. I have tried many nail places in AH and prospect heights and prices were double for the same or worse result. Full set is $30 and they last me (hate to admit it bc I'm bad at getting my nails re-done in a timely manner) up to 5 weeks without loosing a nail. The pic I have added is not the best as I got them done a week ago and am taking on spot, but highly recommend. Such kind owners!

Terrible. She did a no chip in 25 minutes. After 2 days it's coming off. She didn't even push my cuticles back. The worst no chip I have ever had.
