I had a wonderful experience purchasing my car at this dealership. Brennan, our salesman, was extremely helpful, and patient throughout the entire process. He made sure all of our questions and concerns were addressed and guided us in a friendly, professional way. Jerry, the sales manager, was also amazing to work with—he really listened to our needs and worked with us to make sure we stayed within our budget. Together, they made the entire car-buying experience smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle.

It’s 1 star because I can’t give 0. I found a car online and went out for a test drive. When it came time to talk price they raised it $5,000 over what they listed online even after I pointed out the bumper scratches and flat tire. Then the salesman tried to convince me that it was better for me to finance versus buy it outright. Laughable. At least my kids got to see what a shyster looks like. The experience was so bad that I will never buy from any Napleton dealership ever.

Update (06/10/2025): Finally receive a gift card from them with 100$ in it, they kept their word that they will send me a gift card so I am happy that at least they tried to make it up. Thanks.
Edit (05/23/2025): Sharnae, very kind lady, reached out today for providing compensation and it is at least assuring but I will wait until I receive an update on the compensation before making any change to this review.
Some of you might have okay experience but here’s an honest opinion from a first time car buyer that could maybe help.
The lady on the phone rushed me to take a look at their 2013 Lexus es300h, claiming that “it won’t be there in the next few days if you don’t come”.
I got there in the morning, and the car was in the pretty bad condition: left side mirror was broken, front bumper was shattered, a lot of rust underneath the car and the tire pressure sensors were broken. They keep telling me “oh that’s only 50$ to fix at a mechanics” and I wonder why they won’t fix them themselves if it’s that cheap.
Worst of all, they confirmed on the phone that I can bring the car for inspection and all of a sudden, the lady and the sales guy were like oh my manager said you can’t bring the car blah blah blah. Make sure you do a voice record or have an evidence before going from one of them so they can’t deny it. Keep in mind this might just be me but they just don’t seem to want to inspect the car.
Then I left very unhappily and at least they reached out to make it up by giving me a 100$ gift card for gas, I still think they need to do better.

What a terrible experience and ultimate waste of time. I want to preface this by saying that Daniel Lopez at Off lease was the ultimate professional, and a pleasure to work with. The positives stop there. Unfortunately I was assigned to work with one of his worst sales reps Raylon who never bothered to introduce himself, only asking for my id minutes after sitting down.
I scheduled an appointment to see the car the next day as they didn’t have it on their lot. Next day comes and Raylon is with another customer at my appointment time and suggest that I watch American ninja warrior instead. An hour and more confusion goes by and he finally brings me the quote for the car with a whopping $1000 “prep” add on that involves them detailing the car. I mentioned I wouldn’t need such an expensive car wash and he claimed he would take it off and that it was already done, mind you I just test drove the car and It was definitely not washed as I inspected the vehicle for scratches that I mostly wiped off with my fingers.
After Raylon fumbles over explaining the extra 4k cost from the sticker price his manager Jerry comes and instantly loses the sale. I offered to pay in cash and he told me the only way I could work with him and get a discount is if I finance through them and they have such great connections they could get me the best rates, as if I don’t know how banks work. Fast talking greasy salesman. He continues to rant about how to properly save money and work with banks and focuses on how he’s going to make his money back from the discount he’s giving as oppose to listening to me as a customer. High pressure sales tactics combined with lie after lie. Even goes as far as to tell me I don’t know how to do Math as he’s some scholar considering his profession.
After all the wasted time, over pricing the out the door cost, and self absorbed lecture from Jerry the manager please stay far far away from this place. They are the epitome of what’s the worst of the car buying industry.

Please! Please! Please!!! This is the worst place to buy a car. Very dishonest people. They pretend to be nice and sincere, please don't fall for it
I bought a Toyota Islander in March 2025 from them. Second day after the purchase, I noticed some noise from the wheels. I called them and this was when the drama started. The staff that worked with me during the purchase refused to pick my calls again. I kept calling and finally spoke to someone else. She gave me an appointment and when I got there. They told me they can't do anything on the vehicle and told me to take it to Toyota. The agent called Toyota and got me an appointment while I was there .
I went to Toyota and after checking the vehicle, all the rotors were very bad. After paying for the rotors and brakes, the noise was still heard when driving. Now is the wheel bearings and a leak in the exhaust. How can a dealer certified vehicle be sold with all this issues and they even refused to help.
They also made me paid for 2 insurance and 1 of it looks like a scam. I am honest in my review and please do not be another victim.
