Today Napleton's arlighton heights earned a new customer for life. I will only shop here. I will never buy a car from another dealership. The level of professionalism, attitude, knowledge and just good customer service was beyond what I have ever experienced. My sale rep: Faisal was AMAZING! Went over everything and helped me w the purchase of the perfect vehicle. Very helpful and definitely took care of me without having to bs with me. The finance manager Jon was PHENOMENAL!!!! Just a genuine honest man. I love this dealership and I would recommend it to all my fam and friends.

Napelton Chrysler of Arlington Heights took advantage of my elderly mom, with early dementia, when she stopped to ask for directions. Instead of helping her, they took advantage of her and sold her a used Nissan Ultima for more than $6000 over Kelley Blue Book value. Steer clear of this unethical dealership

Called ahead of time to see if they do markups on top of the MSRP price and they said no. Went into the dealership and was with John the sales manager. After test driving I asked for a price. They responded with a price $6k more than was advertised online. In the quote they also added an additional $3k and talking with them to even get that removed was unpleasant. Definitely do not recommend going here as their business practice is not consumer friendly

I would have to say the best experience I've ever had in a car dealership the staff was exceptionally friendly courteous and knowledgeable help us set up our brand new 2021 Chrysler 300 Touring Edition we left there feeling exceptionally confident in our new purchase I just can't say enough good things about them well worth the three and a half hour drive

I purchased my 2017 Ford F-250 from Zack the sales man the truck had a small vacuum leak from the locking hubs Jon from service took it in and send it to ford to get it fixed approved from the sales department got the truck with in few days now its making me money with all this snow i would recommend Napleton and ask for Zack the Sales Mann his a great guy !

Walk in yesterday looking to buy my jeep. Met the salesmen Dan he show me around the vehicle we work together, I came in today and purchase the car. He help me with all questions needed, answer correctly and properly and even gave me tips and advice on some other questions I ask him. Guys they work with you, funny and make sure you feel this is a home to you. I recommend them to anyone with good or bad credit they work well with you.

Hands down the best dealership around!!!!! Went in just to look at cars and Zach helped me get the best deal ever. Everyone was very helpful and patient with me they really listened to what I wanted and helped me get my dream car at the right price!! I really recommend going with salesman Zach he made sure I got exactly what I asked for and made the buying process so much smoother! Definitely recommending to all my friends and family.

I'm not familiar with cars, but Andy made the process simple and easy to understand. He provided exceptional customer service and explained everything and anything I did not understand. I never felt lost and knew exactly what was going on and what type of vehicle I needed. I highly recommend him to anyone interested in purchasing a new car.

Check out Napleton's Palestine Mazda! They don't have many reviews but are 5 stars on Yelp. I found them from a bad experience here! I carefully read reviews online before going here and I saw that most people were rating 1 star for false pricing online or they showed up and the car that they wanted to see wasn't there. I knew this didn't necessarily mean they weren't selling quality cars so I chose to look at a car there anyway. I called a few days in advance with an appointment but quickly learned upon my arrival that the appointment time or earlier phone call did not mean anything. The car was pulled around front and had crumbled foot papers in the back, crumbs in the cup holders and trash in the back pockets of the seats. The check engine light was on which the seller responded "I'm just a salesman, I had to jump the car to get it started." He later told me the light was on because of the dead battery. The car died on our test drive and we had to be jumped. The salesman scolded us for turning the car off to switch drivers which made the car die. When we returned to the dealership the check engine light remained on. I understand the lot has a lot of cars but If someone makes an appointment the car should be ready and presentable. I've already looked at the car fax and details online. I've looked at the pricing, I've looked at other cars in the area so when we sit down to discuss the car don't tell me 6 times if I want a drink or popcorn. I want to know what's wrong with the car and how you are going to sell me the car with compensation for a poor presentation. I'm still willing to buy the car but I found the personal service experience to be poor so I left without getting a service report on the car. I drove a few minutes down the road and found the same car, same year, less miles for less money. However, I ended up spending more and choosing a different car because the service at the other dealership was professional and direct. 1 star review for: Poor customer service Lack of professionalism Lack of taking responsibility for poor service Offering me a drink and the bathroom 6 times when I was asking about the car. If you don't know the answers to my questions then say that. Salesman making excuses instead of making deals Showing me carfax and online pricing I already looked up so wasting my time. Salesman having no knowledge of the vehicle

I am very disappointed in our visit today. We had a 1:15 p.m. appointment to view a car my husband saw online the night before. It is now 2:22 p.m. When we first entered we were greeted and ask to walk outside and the sales person would meet us out there. We were told the car was out there to view. We could not find it and came back in. We continued to wait for the sales person. Around 1:55 they begin to try to locate the sales person who was suppose to be pulling the car around but still had not appeared. Finally, they received word that the car had its lights left on and had to be jumped to start. Still optimistic we stayed for 13 more minutes. We started walking out to head home and as we were pulling off the car and sales guy pulled up. He apologized and explained what had occurred. He went to go get a gas card so we could test drive and as I opened the passenger door I was ABSOLUTELY disgusted and appalled. The car had not been cleaned to even test drive. There was a Cheeto bag on the floor and the seats had crumbs all over it. The backseat had junk on it. I have never experienced this at a dealership before. Although the staff was very friendly, I felt as though the service was less than expected at such a well known dealership.Edited: Less than an hour after we left we received a phone call from Sharnae the Customer Relations Manager. She was extremely apologetic and explained how the situation may have occurred. She offered to mail a gas gift card and for us to come back with the guarantee of sending some preferred vehicles and ensuring they would be ready on the lot. It was much appreciated for the quick contact and the effort to resolve. Sharnae was very pleasant on the phone and truly tried to make things right. Thank you for the follow-up and the attempt to change our experience and thoughts about your company.

Worked with Alejandro and Joe to get my husband and I the deal we wanted on our new car. Super nice, helpful, extremely friendly, and did I mention helpful? Nice dealership, clean and well kept. Second time we have been here and have only been met with the best. Would recommend for those looking for upscale cars for competitive prices.Thanks guys!

Called the dealership to see a car. We were told the car was available to view. We drove over an hour to see the car only to be told that it was in the shop. We told them that we were just on the phone and were told the car was available to view and that we drove an hour to come see it, and didn't get an apology or anything. Just an excuse. They have so many positive reviews on google because majority are fake. Fake reviews aren't filtered out like they are on yelp.

CAUTION!!! CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Looking at their 2018 Dodge Challenger Hellcat WideBody listed online at $69,995 and when I called the sales manager said "The actual market adjusted price is $74,995." SLIME BALL!!! YOU SUCK!!! Napleton's owners should be ashamed that business is being conducted in this Slimy 1970's fashion in almost 2022!! BOOOO!!!
