Aisha is great! She really cares about your experience at Orion! She remembered my boyfriend and I after one interaction. She was very informative, communicative and helpful during our apartment search. The apartments are nicely sized. She is a great asset to the leasing team!

Giving 0 stars .. Stay away from this place. Apartments are mice infected, heaters are not working. Winters will have huge electricity bill $350 .Management is not bothered about fixing or repairing the AC units.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Infested with COCKROACHES and MICE.
When you move out they will make you pay for damages you’ve never done.
They charge 50$ a month for Jetty insurance which is non refundable. This place is falling apart, washing machines don’t wash, clothes are dirty after washing.

Aisha is AMAZING! She has always been extremely welcoming and has never hesitated to go above and beyond for her residents. I cannot say enough good things about her!

Im a Resident here and I want to praise Assistance Community Manager and Leasing Agent Aisha Muhammad. She is very helpful, polite, professional and really knows what she's doing. She works very hard to make it a comfortable place to live in. She always interacts with residents and listens to to us on good things and also complaints that we may have, she goes above and beyond to resolve each and every situation...i can see She gets along with her fellow employees and treats them with respect...i truly feel that Aisha is a valuable asset to greystar and hope and pray that they look after her as she continues whith her career...May God Bless her.

The folks here are nice. There are plenty of ducks in the pond, squirrels in the trees, walkers of dogs, kids running around, and summer barbecues.

Orion Arlington lakes a very good environment but I don’t understand why I get 500 dollars in electricity every month,i hardly stay home yet I get this high bills .Called ComEd and was told it’s the type of heating and cooling system installed in my apartment.Ms Aisha is a very pleasant person she had been been very helpful as the assistant manager trying to get this fix but all efforts failed because the management refuses to do something about this.im putting this post up here maybe the management gets to see this because they refuse to reply my emails.I heard some people say that they had this same issue in this community too.High rent with electricity bill of 500 is way too much for a 2 bed apartment.

I changed my apartment in same community this time to a smaller apartment and yet I still get 350-450 dollars in electricity bill.my thermostat is Always on 75”.
I have never experienced this much in electricity bill.
We are now forced to pay for parking,which wasn’t no my lease.

Be aware! They will send you move out bill with extra fees , once you request them to correct it - they will ghost you and ignore for several months by email and phone! Instead of reaching out to you and explain the invoice (we were ready to pay the correct amount omg) - they will go behind your back and send that bill to the collection agency.
That is so unprofessional. Seems like they care only about $$ and choose ignorance. Yikes.

I just applied for housing. I liked the complex because it is cozy. The apartments look clean. The administration staff answers all questions and helps. I would like to move to this beautiful place soon.

I moved out of my rental home in December after being a tenant for almost 7 years. Despite sending multiple reminder emails, my rental advance has not been processed yet. I have relied on Aisha for help in all aspects, but unfortunately, her efforts have not been fruitful. I'm not sure whom we have to reach to get my advance back. The higher ups are looped in the email chain as well and don’t see any action from them. Very poor management
I strongly don't recommend this place.

Maintenance responds in a timely fashion. They go above and beyond to make sure my requests and needs are met. I really appreciate it. Leo is especially helpful and I owe a big debt to him for helping me with various service requests. Thank you, Leo!!
