Very large selection of cat foods/toys and treats. I bought a cat tree there, and the staff was very accommodating and they helped with moving it from the shelf to the register. They even offered to bring it out to the car (but didn't require any more assistance). I appreciated the gesture and I will definitely be visiting them again soon.

Great location and staff is very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m happy I found whole hearted petco food line that my Shepherd loves and stays healthy with! Highly recommend visiting for high quality food and nutritional supplements . They have a nice selection.

I cannot say enough good things about Nana, our groomer. She was kind, helpful, friendly and efficient. She made both me and my dog very happy! We will definitely make this Arlington Heights location our go-to for grooming. Thank you!

I did a pickup here and it was horrible. The petco person was not nice and clearly didn't want to be working. First and last time picking up here. I've had better experiences at other Petcos.

Amanda and Sam are amazing. I have a Petco 5 minutes from me but instead we go to this one 15 minutes away. My dog used to come home so nervous after going to the other Petco, I decided to try this Petco on a whim and my dog comes home happy now. He had surgery recently and he got a gross mat on his face that was really bothering him. Amanda the groomer and Sam the manager where so kind, knowledge and gentle and cleaned up his face so nicely. I can't thank them enough. Great Petco!

We bring our dog here for grooming. Everyone is very nice and they do a great job.

We love the Grooming team at this Petco. My Australian shepherd was getting aggressive with other groomers when we took her in for nail trim and polish. But Amanda and her colleagues worked with us and my dog has really changed. She now runs to the car when I say Petco and she pulls at the leash to get in to see her friends. I won’t go anywhere else.
