Delivery and set up was completed quickly. The equipment was easy to use. I would have not been able to keep my head down after eye surgery without this chair. Money well spent.

I used Prone Solutions after eye surgery and they were great. Came and set up equipment and explained its use. Don’t know what I would have done without it. When I was done they came and got equipment. Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would only recommend Prone Solutions.

A Great service. I rented some face-down positioning equipment after a vitrectomy. Tom was very helpful and very accommodating. He walked me through setting up and adjusting the chair. I couldn’t imagine going through the three-week recovery without this equipment.

Prone solutions was able to get the equipment to me promptly before I had procedures done on my eye. Nobody wants to have surgery on their eyes but this equipment is a must-have if you do. Tom at prone solutions was wonderful to work with. I don't know what I would have done without him and his company.

This is the second time I’ve had retina surgery and used Prone Solutions to rent the necessary recovery equipment. They are so easy to work with. Pleasant, professional, flexible and thorough! I highly recommend them! Tom makes the entire process as easy for his customers as possible, and I love being able to use a local, family owned company.

Great service with in-home set up. For those who need daytime prone, the massage chair works well. The special face pillow for night positioning worked as advertised. For my 2 week positioning following retina surgery, definitely recommend this company.

We found out the day before Thanksgiving that I would need surgery for retinal detachment which was scheduled for today (the day after Thanksgiving). By the time we finished all of the pre-surgery clearance, it was after 5pm and too late to call Prone Solutions. So we were only able to call this morning. Tom was wonderful! Even though they had other appointments, he squeezed us in and delivered/set up everything quickly with my wife while I was in surgery. He made stressful situation so much easier. I was able to rest comfortably in the proper position. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs this equipment!

Would highly recommend renting equipment from prone solutions as they are the only service who delivers and picks up the equipment making sure it is set up to your specific body type and that you understand how to adjust everything yourself as needed - was money well spent and an intregral part in ensuring a successful healing of my retina after surgery

Tom was a lifesaver in the aftermath of my retinal detachment surgery. I called him on the way to my Friday surgery expecting not to get the equipment until Monday. Instead, Tom let me know he'd deliver it that very day if he possibly could, and if not, would come on SATURDAY morning (outside office hours) because, "Well-- you need it!" Sure enough, he delivered everything just a couple hours after my surgery, and set it all up for me quickly. I DO NOT KNOW HOW I would have gotten through the positioning treatment without Tom's equipment, it is comfortable, simple to adjust and ingenious. I chose the Premium Package to cover all my sleeping, sitting and portable needs, and it is a very fair price for such a necessity. It came with a reflective mirror so I could watch TV while facedown, and of the three face cushions provided I especially loved the one filled with soft gel spheres. I took that one from chair to bed and back, it was so cool and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend Prone Solutions and Tom, his efficiency and compassion at such a difficult time were above and beyond what you'd get from most businesses! THANK YOU, Tom!

Life Saver!!! Tom and the Prone Solutions adaptive equipment were a life saver for my wife who had retinal detachment surgery. The level of comfort and overall mental well being the equipment offers is definitely worth the investment. Tom was very attentive and informative on how to use the equipment. Pick-up and delivery were easy. Thank you for providing great service and a very worthwhile solution!
