Decided to try Queen Nails since I’ve always passed by the place. It’s not the most modern or fancy type of salon but the place is clean and comfortable.
Sena was able to accommodate me for a next day appointment for a mani and pedi.
On the day itself, I arrived and Sena attended to me immediately. She was quick but very thorough and friendly.
Overall I enjoyed my first visit here. Great service and great prices. Highly recommend this place!

Queen nails was able to get me in on short notice on a Saturday afternoon! Service was really great and my pedicure looks fantastic. I tend to get some ingrown toenails, so I requested extra attention to that area and the staff did an amazing job cleaning them up and getting rid of alllll the dead skin. Highly recommend! I plan to be back soon for sure :)

Made appointment show up they are closed. I called she said "ohhhh can you come tomorrow?" No that's why people make appointments. This was my 1st time trying this place as im not happy are my current one. Had high hopes. Disappointed for sure.

Excellent service and quality.. travel a lot and always make sure I’m freshly mani- pedi before I go because I have yet to find any salon that does such excellent service.. been going for 15 years and now consider Kevin and Sena friends as does my daughter and granddaughter!!Services: Pedicure

Senna went out of her way to do my nails and I absolutely love the outcome! She was super sweet and did my nails very well. She did the design super quick and it looks so cuuuute

IF ZERO STAR WAS AVAILABLE I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO. DO NOT GO HERE. WORST PLACE EVER. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The lady was rushing and was wanting to do everything her way and didn’t care about what I had to say. She had an appointment after me which caused her to rush me and do everything wrong and bad. There are air bubbles and uneven spot on my nails that include extra product.DONT GO HERE!!

I was SOOO impressed, my mom and I did a last minute manicure and pedicure and they took us in on a Friday end of day w no appointment. She did amazing on my gel manicure. I tend to bite my nails so most people see my short nails and don’t do much, but she added length to my index finger which had broken from cutting something earlier which helped it match my other nails and not pull, took her time to make sure everything set properly and 4 weeks later my gel is still in tact and shiny!! This has been so wonderful because it allowed my nails to grow out which is exactly what I was hoping for.Service: Manicures

I LOVE QUEEN! They are so friendly in there and they really give you a great manicure/pedicure. It is so relaxing and you get great service for a good price.

I was recommended this spot by a family member and it did not disappoint! I got a no chip manicure and pedicure that I love, here's an overview: 1) So friendly and great price! 2) They took every COVID precaution possible (taking temp and given hand sanitizer upon entering, everyone wears a mask, the nail specialist wore protective gear at all times, there are shields between patrons and employees when doing manicures and pedicures) 3) During my visit, there was no more than 2 patrons at any time in the shop. 4) They did the works - amazing massages and hot towels. Had a great experience and will be back!

I only came here because I was given a gift card after giving birth to my son. I made an appointment and the place was empty, yet I still felt so rushed. I asked my toe nails be cut all the way down, still pointy and sharp. No leg massage or hot towels. She then chopped and banged up all of my fingers cuticles. Polish is missing on some parts of my no chip. Then when I have the gift card she asks if she should take the tip off the gift card. I think that's something I would mention, you shouldn't ask that because it sounds rude. I would have left a tip but due to poor service and quality, and my sloppy rushed cuticles, I told her I wanted to leave one but won't be, maybe next time. When I said that she quickly remarked oh I can fix it, let me fix it. Sorry, but if you hadn't rushed, you wouldn't have to. Plus you can't fix chopped cuticles. I told her no thanks I just want to go home to my baby. She grabbed my hand and pulled it toward her, I pulled away and she squeezed harder not letting go or letting me leave. Honestly I was scared, we were the only ones in the shop. You are lucky I don't file a police report about the bruise on my hand.
