Shout out to Mary in the bakery who saved my son's birthday party! Ok, maybe that's a little too dramatic. Lol. Another bakery lost our cupcake order and Mary was able to accommodate a last minute order. The cupcakes very cute and super yummy! We will definitely be ordering from their bakery again :)

This is an old Jewel, and it's being remodeled so it's a *mess*. The employees are generally exhausted looking and trying to avoid customers as much as possible., just like every grocery store. There is a very happy guy outside in the plant department Michael who assertively greets me whenever I go, I don't know what they're feeding or paying him but I wish they'd pass it around. He was helpful and friendl, and I would have left for another store if it weren't for that. I asked at the deli for fried chicken and a short middle aged woman without a name tag was not very nice nor very communicative. I needed something for a family celebration in the bakery department and short blonde Julie should have just asked me to leave instead of helping me find a cake. So unnecessarily rude. Got a very dirty look from a short thick blonde with curly hair who was doing something with a cart and a DUG logo on the back. Isabella in floral was very kind but didn't have what I wanted, suggested I look outside so I went back and Michael found a good replacement for me and bolstered my confidence that my gift was correct. Went through Taylor's checkout lane and she was nice, friendly and efficient. Overall it's. mixed bag; messy store, lots of upheaval, a few good people and a few people who shouldn't be there.

Get fresh vegetable. most of the time they are not fresh if they have sales items at all and I go elsewhere. ALSO,, GET some NEW CARTS they are awful!!!!! I have to try several and none work well!

Self checkout help was beyond poor. Prices are too high. Whats happened to jewel lately? Bad experience don't care to go back.

I bought a birthday cake and cupcakes for my brother. The bakery department was more than willing to make a cake customize for him. I also find some delightful cupcakes to go along. Everything was fresh and most.The store is laid out in a very logical aisle pattern to make it easy to find things in the store. They offer a wide variety of fresh fruits and vegetables and even organic options. The cashiers are very social and personable. People will wait in a long line to interact with them. There are also about 10 self service checkout stations. This jewel also features a floral department with many fresh and fragrant options. These are also very colorful and you can buy nice items such a chocolates, teddy bears, and greeting cards for any special occasion. I've also been lucky enough to win several small prizes from their lotto scratch off tickets available in the self service kiosk. An optimal time to go is early in the morning as there won't be too many people there. It can get pretty busy in the afternoons, particularly on the weekends. This jewel is a gem!

You should try the sea food here. It's awesome and delicious. Love the fresh food available daily. Meat is cooked to order on days I don't have time to cook. I love the international aisles to try new foods and the local products.I really like it here, although I wish I had a better schedule to go when its less busy. It always feel over crowded in here during this pandemic. I feel like for safety reasons they should go back to limiting the amount of people in the store at a time. Its really hard to social distance in the checkout lines when there is not a whole lot of space to stand. Other than that, I like the amount of variety in the store and health food options. There was not a lot of variance in the neighborhood before.

I've been trying to avoid certain stores during Covid. But I needed to pick up some flowers and it was late in the day. It seemed this store was my only choice.It turned out to be a very good choice. First of all I was looking for a particular brand of potato chips. I wasn't able to find any on the shelf. An employee was coming down the aisle and I stopped and asked if she could help me. She said she normally doesn't do stocking but would try to assist me. She checked the end caps she looked out the shelf. I even heard her radio someone to see if there might be any in the back. Sadly no. But I was impressed with the effort she took to find me this product.I then went over by the flowers. I found two bunches of flowers that would make a large bouquet. An employee was behind the floral desk. I asked if she could help me put them together. She not only put the flowers together but wrapped them in paper with a ribbon. I was extremely impressed by the presentation.Check out wasn't the best. But the other two employees eagerness to help more than made up for it.If I'm in the area, this will be my go to Jewel.

Just regular grocery store with reasonable prices. I go to all different Jewels and have never had a problem with any of the employees.
