I see why his cars sit for over 5-6 months in the lot!! They come with TONS of problems so beware before you buy!… and then “Jeff” swears that the car was in perfect condition when you got it, mind you the problems started coming 2 weeks after we got the car, it shut off, we went to get it checked, and there’s something wrong with the alternator. The spark plugs also, the wheel bearings, almost everything. Unacceptable

The 3 1/2 drive my husband and I made from Iowa to Ringa Auto Sales in Arlington Heights, Illinois was well worth it. Jeff the owner was very friendly, knowledgeable and he answered all of our questioned without hesitation. He sold us exactly what I had been searching for, a AWD SUV with low miles at a great price. I would recommend Jeff Ringa of Ringa Auto Sales to anyone looking for a good used car.
They were recommended to me through Car Gurus and I'm so happy I used them!
I found the car I liked and set up a test drive and it was great!
The service was excellent. Jeff explained the financing, warranty and payments, He even got me a lower rate than what I was originally quoted! He really cares about the customer!

The place is a dump the office stinks and the owner is terrible. Would not let me test drive the car I was looking to buy without me agreeing to buy the car first. Immediately wanted to run my credit and then wanted me to agree to a 15% interest rate BEFORE test driving the car. I ended up driving up to Wisconsin to buy the same car. He also raised the price by $1000 before speaking to me after he saw me outside looking at the car. I wouldn’t wish anyone have to deal with this guy, he is a scammer.

If you've been having trouble trying to find a car, and keep hearing 'no' from major dealers PLEASE give Jeff a call. I went to Ringa Auto Sales after being told my credit wasn't good enough/down payment wasn't high enough by other dealers. I was completely discouraged and actually went into the office expecting to hear another 'no.'I was approved in less than 30 seconds.After submitting some quick and easy (and painless) paperwork I was driving my car right off the lot in 30 minutes!Jeff has a great selection of cars and a kind, honest heart. This is not one of the shifty salesman that plague the auto sales industry. He genuinely tries to help, and he does! I would recommend Ringa Auto Sales 1000x over!!

Sold me a 2008 ford fusion that has now needed $6k in repairs, of which include brakes, catalytic converter, axel, and loose parts. I bought it just under 2 years ago and put ~25,000 miles on it.When I left the shop with that car, I remember he offered me an offensive amount for my old car. we were then able to sell that car for 2x as much at another dealership one year later.I don’t know what he sold me, but it’s hard to believe he didnt know of these issues.
