went to get change for a $20, needed $2 of it in quarters. the cashier, who im pretty sure loves to go skiing, refused, even tho I offered to buy something

I bought gasoline from them but I couldn't fill it up. They charged my card. When I came back the next day and asked, they said they wouldn't fill it up for me. They didn't give me my money back either.
