Horrible customer service. Walked in to use the restroom after filling up my tank and before I could even ask where it was the owner (older gentlemen’s with glasses) said “Yeah, GO! It’s around the corner!” … So proud of himself that he knew what I was about to ask. Treat people with respect - no matter how great it is that you knew what I was about to ask. I ended up saying nothing back since it would do no good, didn’t use the rest room, stopped filling up, and finished the tank across the street at BP where I was treated with respect. Spent more at BP than I did at Shell but it was worth the respect.

The price fluctuates by 36 cents per gallon. When you pinch and zoom in and out on google maps on this location. That looks very shady and very deceptive, and I do believe they have a hand in it

prices are not updated!!!! on Google the price of regular gasoline is 3.04, but in fact it is 3.43

I got gas and went inside to use the bathroom. He said that they don't have a bathroom that works. My thought is, where do the employees go to the bathroom?

Rude! Went here and was on phone with Shell. After 15 mins, Employee came up to my car and immediately started yelling at me asking if I was gonna buy gas or not! Even after I told them I was on phone with Shell, they didn't care and continued to yell at me and rudely point at me. You can see them cuss and point at me. All I wanted to do was buy gas! And employee knew that but still gave me a hard time. They acted that way while I was actively on the phone with shell about an issue. Shell has it on file Case#5652186. They also told me other customers were waiting to use the pump but Station was almost empty. Never going back here!

Higher gas prices here as of 10/4/2022. Majority of the pumps appear to need maintenance as they’re out of order, or the card readers aren’t working. I frequently see law enforcement at or around this gas station dealing with some situation or another.

I put 2 gallons of Premium Gas and for some reason nothing was pumped but the meter went up and charged my CC. Complained to the employee (maybe the owner) and he said there is nothing wrong with it. I was ready to dispute the charge... and they actually cancelled the charge... Shady gas station...

Employees did not salt the grounds. Slipped and fell on ice. Clerk working did not seem to care or have any urgency to do something about it. He was not wearing a mask either. Lucky to have not been injured. But it could’ve been worse.
