The employee at the time was not having it. It was like he didn’t want to be at this job. So customer service wasn’t the brightest based on the responses he was giving me. I was genuinely asking some questions that I wanted answers to but he was looking at me and answering back like I was wasting his time. Product may be great but customer service might need some slight improvement.

Not good with call backs, staff cannot take care of your needs because they don’t know what you’re referring to when you ask simple questions and will call you back and never did two days wasted..
