Staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. I had to leave several times throughout our meeting and they didn't even bat an eye. Big shout out to Ismael for being so attentive, kind, and professional. Highly Recommend!

Called because since the sprint merger I’ve been interested to see if they turned from their crooked ways. Just hs this lady hype up all their promotions and this 200$ gift card they would give me, and it sounded amazing I thought to myself “wow this is a great deal! Great customer service everything” then I get told how much they want for a down payment… do not let these people run your credit just to try and rob you. They had the audacity to tell me they neede 1k down as a down payment on a phone with a trade in! That’s absolutely absurd I’ll never ever even give T-Mobile a sight consideration for anything ever. Ad a business owner I vow to never ever use T-Mobile and to make sure everyone I know and network with knows that T-Mobile is a bunch of crooks

I just got awesome customer service from a gentleman named Juan at this location.I am no longer with T-Mobile and there are no sales involved but he took time, smiled, and nice conversation as well even with people waiting.I appreciated it!

I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years and have 4 lines with T-Mobile and 2 of them are with Max plan. When I approached them on how do I get the free Samsung S23 they told me that I have to apply for a new line in order to qualify. When I asked them whether I could just drop one line and re-register it, I was told NO. My question to them was why and I was told sorry it's corporate policy. Spoke to the store manager and was told the same thing and if I am not happy I should contact corporate, when asked whether she could contact corporate to relay my plight, she said no I have to contact corporate myself.If anyone from T-Mobile Corporate is reading this, my question, is T-Mobile only interested in serving new customers and choose to ignore existing ones you guys are going to lose your loyal customers!

I opened a new line of service for internet and the internet service was limited and unstable. I then returned the equipment with the added "FREE" phone and watch. I only opened the box for the "internet" and left phone and watch NIB. I was forced to pay 110.00 restocking for those items. Primary reason for new service was internet and that didn't live up to their promise of service. If I changed my mind or some other personal reason, I would pay re-stocking fees but this was a failure on T-Mobile and Co.'s end. I can imagine they deal with returns but each case should be handled accordingly?Thank you for the Feedback @T-Mobile.I am more than happy to discuss the details and give you an opportunity to re-consider.Feel free to contact me.

No wait at all... immediately greeted by Juan.Stopped this AM as my cell had a charging issue.Juan had a solution & had it charging correctly!Also, he was informative regarding wifi plans while traveling in the air.No complaints here only praise!

Sharlisa was extremely patient, dedicated, and helpful. She spent over an hour with my husband and I as we tried to transfer a line from a previous account over to our current account. She helped troubleshoot and got on the phone with customer service. Excellent customer service, highly recommend!

Exceptional Customer Service!I went to the T-Mobile shop on Rand Road in Arlington Heights and had a chance to meet Sharlisa. She has this natural ability to understand and feel what customers need and a fantastic power to meet their needs. I was amazed by Sharilsa's friendliness and her desire to help. While waiting, I saw her greeting some returning customers by name. Her dedication to helping a senior couple, who struggled to understand new technology, truly astonished me. Shralisa went far and beyond in helping not only me but other people around. I receive exemplary service at Tmobile store3SBI and highly recommend it to anyone.
