About Sree Sakthi Yoga

Unique and authentic practice designed to align, tune and fix a spinal column as well as to prepare the body and mind to move further for more advanced yoga levels.Every student receives a practice according to their individual needs. Practice is carefully and specially designed set of synchronized body movements combined with breathing and meditation which suits all age groups. See our schedule for joining the class. Monday & Wednesday evening classes by appointment (sign up on our website). All other classes are walk-in.
