The visit was painless no punt intended. Dr. Kim as usual was very thorough in his explanation of the issue and how he will be tackling it.The Therapy tech was very helpful and did a great job explaining how sling is fitted.

Dr. Kim is great at listening and explaining your issues and what your options are. Very professional and kind.Excellent surgeon!!His nurse needs to be a bit more conscientious of how she treats his patients and not be in such a rush and to take time to listen to them and also be aware of how her actions make his patients feel. Definitely does not seem she enjoys her job.Their office also has huge HIPAA violations when patients are in the waiting area and they are making phone calls to other patients and speaking to them about their issues and verifying their contact info and their full names. Need to be aware of this. They are very nice when you check in.

Dr. Kim is a fantastic surgeon. I have just had my second knee replaced and I am very happy with the results. He is compassionate and has a great bedside manner. One of the few doctors that actually listen to the patient.

My first visit. Office sent all paperwork in advance. Easy check in. I was early and they got me in early! Staff was polite and efficient. Dr Kim was excellent. Took the time to explain diagnosis and treatment options.
