“Natasha is wonderful. She does a beautiful job cutting my son's hair. He is not a fan of getting his hair cut - he gets freaked out by the hair clippers and scissors by his ears - and she makes him feel comfortable. She also has done a great job on my teen, and even my own hair! She gives good advice on how to continue to style the hair at home. She's very friendly and nice to talk to as well.”

“I've been coming here for almost a decade. Originally as a board game collector but more recently as a Warhammer player. Excellent store for many different kinds of games and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also a great spot for Magic the Gathering and other card games.

“Had a great experience in the activity area. We were at loose ends at the end of the day and the play area was too loud and busy for them. We just went to check out the toy store and found the activity area and kept them busy and happy till the mall closed. They were so excited to see a live axolotl and watch the snake being fed. The owner helped my youngest figure out the marble run and oldest had great time with nerf launcher and Turning Toy. If you are looking for a good place to keep bored kids occupied that's not the screaming madhouse the mall player was is, I would highly recommend.”
“Great little shop off the beaten path that is loaded to the ceiling with fun and memories. You'll have to make several passes through the store to take it all in- but that's half the fun. The owner Aaron is very knowledgeable and is always open to trades or combination deals. To top it off he also sells vinyl, too, and has a pretty respectable selection to flip through. I have been a customer for years and have always come away happy!”
“I remember visiting this store a few years back and I got so caught up in all the Xena Warrior Princess figures. The guy who works there gave me one for cheap! He was super nice! “We had such an amazing experience at the Five Below in Kildeer! Amelia and Daniel went above and beyond for my daughter on her birthday. They took extra time to make her feel special, even opening Petite Heads with her right at the counter. When Daniel noticed she’d gotten a duplicate, he traded one of his own with her—something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but it made her whole day.
Their kindness and genuine care turned a simple shopping trip into a birthday memory she’ll never forget. Because of them, this is the only Five Below we’ll be shopping at from now on. Huge thank you to Amelia and Daniel! ?”

“Bigger location then the one in Bedford Park IL which mean there are more products offerings. I love the place because it has my favorite candies and my biggest favorite this brand of bubblegum. The sales associates were friendly and helpful. The store was fully stocked and items were shelved properly not too cluttered. Photo below.”
“Attended kids bday party. There was a great selection of choices. The kids enjoyed picking outfits and accessories for their bears. Workers were very attentive and helpful. The store is a little tight when having a group of kids plus regular patrons. They have a great photo op wall for pics. Overall the kids loved the experience.”

“I was on the hunt for blind boxes and saw that Too Cool had some, however, when I visited, the ones I wanted were out of stock (i.e., studio ghibli). Overall, their blind box selection was limited. They did have a lot of anime figurines, keychains and plushies. And, a small section of Kpop.”
“Other reviews are a little harsh - if you aren’t looking for the hyper popular singles you can find a couple of decent deals here! Most of the cards I saw were in great condition and the ones that weren’t mint were priced down accordingly. Nice guy at the desk too!”
“Was passing by today and I noticed there was a new frog in stock! There were only 3 “skins” left. There was nobody manning the kiosk at the time, so my friend and I came back after lunch. Got my new Zomb Frog and I couldn’t be happier! Lulu I believe her name was, was quick and efficient.”
