PLEASE STAY FROM DEALER.HE IS A FRAUD.
We bought a 2016 toyota corolla from this place in October 2023. We have been trying to reach Amir to get the vehicle title so we can get the plates for weeks now. Phone number does not work and BMV has no record of the sale which we paid him in full for !

Bought a 2012 BMW 5 series. Car was in the same condition as advertised. Runs really smooth and very clean. Salesman was very willing to work and determined for me to leave with the car I wanted. All In all great experience. And will definitely shop with this dealership in the future.

I made an appointment with Amir to see a car I was interested in. I was 10 minutes away (it was an hour drive) when Amir texted me saying he sold the car. I think this is poor customer service and very unprofessional. I am very disappointed given this place has such wonderful reviews. Never coming back.

I went to look at a couple of pickups they had on the lot. I test drove both, looked over pricing and financing on both. Amir was very helpful and patient. The hardest part of the whole process was making a decision. Amir was very direct and honest - No games or bs. I will recommend Tristate Auto group to friends and family.

He sold me a car promising to get the convertible top fixed along with the seats, sun protection, etc. All this was included when I paid for the car IN FULL but he never fixed them. He took the money from me, and cut down to 8 months - my car breaks down and had to get the car towed. The brakes failed. He refused to take any responsibility and refused to offer any refunds on the promises he made. Please don't take his word for anything. He will dodge your calls and is an impulsive liar.
