Love love love love LOVE the salon at this store. Facials with Rachel and hair with Kathryn are out of this world! Ulta's policy that you can return a beauty product that you have tried has been great for my sensitive skin too!

Skylar exceeded my expectations for customer service. She assisted me in finding specific products and placed them on hold so I could come purchase them. She was kind, polite and very professional. Outstanding customer service.

My favorite Ulta, the one I visit for my hair services for the last 10+ years. Most of the items are on stock at this store, compared to the other Ulta’s I have visited. They have eyebrow station and hair services( facial services I am not sure whether they still offer, better call and check)

Customer service at this location is always awful. They're rude, inattentive and will have full conversations w one another while completely ignoring you during check out. It's always a bad experience. Do better with hiring!

One of the absolute worst retail experiences. Let’s ignore the fact they rarely carry the products the ladies in my life enjoy. Chalk that up to personal preferences, but as a retail outlet solely dedicated to beauty it is disappointing. They also seem to be open later than their competitors, especially Saturday mornings - which as a busy husband and father makes things tougher. The sole reason to shop at any retail outlet is selection (see above), pricing and service. It is service where this place is absolutely abysmal. They don’t greet customers. They don’t ask if you need any assistance finding things (as a husband and father I do). And when you do find an associate to help, they typically say they will be with you in a moment and then fail to show up. I walked out once again today as I couldn’t find what I was looking for and nobody cared to assist. What I can confidently say is this is the very last time I attempt to shop at Ulta. Simply not worth the time or effort - especially with options like Sephora, Macy’s, Nordstrom, etc. Will never return under any circumstance.

Shelby helped my daughter find her perfect shade match for her skin color, but also did a full face of makeup for free! She went above and beyond! She was super sweet and kind, she did a wonderful job, someone give that girl a raise!❤️

Took my daughters (6&4) to Kasia today for a haircut. She did an amazing job! Highly recommend her over going to Kids Snip or other children’s hair salons. Very knowledgeable and friendly. One of my daughter’s hair has been growing in funky and she has been the first person to teach me how to retrain her hair so that it grows in better. She also put tinsel in my daughter’s hair and it turned out amazing! My daughter is so happy and looking forward to her next hair appointment.
