Wonderful service!!! We needed a notary last minute and Nancy helped us out! She was extremely kind and friendly while helping us organize everything and she provided suggestions that made the whole process so much easier! When we needed an extra witness signature, Mario was there to provide a helping hand! 10 out of 10 service from Nancy and Mario, they are both excellent 😃 I would highly recommend using this location for any shipping/packing/notary needs!!

Nancy is the best! She was both professional and personable. I had a package to be sent, but I needed to tape it closed. She had no problem doing that for me. I left store smiling because it was such a pleasant experience!

Nancy at the Arlington Heights location in Illinois was amazing. I was having trouble receiving my package and when I called, Nancy let me know that the package was going to be dropped off at her location and she also gave me a call back to let me know she received it. She went out of her way to help me and I truly appreciate it! I will be making this location my go to store. UPS, you have a good one!

I have been to 4 different UPS locations to notarise a document and all then were unable to do it.At the third location the guy told me to go to the 4th location bc they have it.Guess what ? They don’t.I am sorry but you guys get the 1 star.Actually i might leave some to the other ones will see…
