I recently had a situation where a package was received damaged after shipping from this location ( UPS Fault...not staff here) . I didn't think there was anything that could be done but mentioned it to the team at this location anyway. They said they would look into it and I forgot to call them back to ask if anything was actually done. To my surprise I received a phone call that the problem was resolved and compensation given. This was so unexpected, they followed through and are always so nice and helpful! Great staff!

Very nice and helpful people. Though it was almost the closing time and there was something not right with the computer but a cute girl wearing heart shaped glasses has made sure that I don't leave without purpose. I appreciate her kind gesture and great manners. She could have said that system isn't working but she preferred to keep trying and provided best customer service. Keep up your good work!

We dropped a high-value Amazon return earlier today and forgot to provide all of the shipping documentation. I called and the team was extremely helpful and accommodating and even walked me through how to get the missing paperwork to them from the Amazon website. They made the process so easy, despite the mistakes on our end. Big sigh of relief and thank you!

As a small business owner I am fortunate to have a UPS store across the street that I can count on. Stacey and Ira work very hard and go the extra mile for their customers. Recently one of the packages I delivered was damaged in a rain storm and Stacey worked with corporate to get me a refund. She saw it through to the end. Both Stacey and Ira deliver a superb level of service. I highly recommend this store.

They close before their posted hours. Even as they see numerous customers at the door BEFORE CLOSING TIME.This happened on 10/15.

I dropped off 5 small packages, and very light. For some unknown reason the only one (out of 5) that costs almost $200.00 seems to have been misplaced/missing. It's been past a week, and the tracking shows, (still?) scanned from store. You need to treat each package as gold.

Came before 6:30 pm to drop off and Aaron couldn’t figure out for 35 minutes how to ship and provide me with a drop off receipt. He was giving me attitude that I came late although I came before closing. He was complaining that he can’t leave, maybe he should call someone and ask for help if he doesn’t know what to do. All I needed to do is drop off and take receipt and go(5 min top) instead I sat here for 35 minutes and listen his complains.

Was told the notary would be there until 4:30. We arrived at 3:00 and were told the notary stepped out to grab food and wouldn't be back for 20 minutes. Very poor service, would not recommend to anyone.

Staff typically looks tired but they get things done. FYI, last pick up starts at 5pm.

Not recommended for Amazon returns. Every other UPS location I have used for returns logs the return in the computer when I drop it off and my refund from Amazon is processed in minutes. Not this one. I’ve had multiple returns take weeks for Amazon to acknowledge and a couple that I never got my refund.

No greeting at door. Employee got upset about refusing his upsell on envelopes and proceeds to charge me $15 per ground item in state. No sales tax on receipt leads me to believe he manually input the sale price. Disappointing experience from the consumer end. Highly recommend going out of your way to UPS STORE in Mt Prospect, on Busse. Great customer service and you won’t get screwed on prices by petty people.Not surprised that half the reviews are about bad customer service . “Owner” replies to good reviews.

Terrible, argumentative service. Tried to make an Amazon return and all I got was attitude. To the blonde haired cashier with black glasses.... Try actually helping people instead of arguing with them - not a good look.
