I wondered why the 2 star rating and then remembered: I was mistreated/profiled by a manager one night. He said I needed to use cash which I said I had. He asked me again then proceeded to tell me to leave or he would call the police.....on a person who had $$ and wanted to purchase items in the store!

Kyla, the cashier, was very helpful with helping me find my items. She was very friendly and has great customer service! She does her job very well and needs a raise. Lots of customers coming in but she gets the line down and has us in and out. Great job!

Rude workers!!! There was a long line and I asked another worker to open another a register. The poor man in front of me had a cart full and she didn't care. I will never come to this location again. Be kind...try it

I go to this Walgreens pretty often and have no complaints. I do want to highlight how the manager handled an extremely rude man that was screaming in her face in front of 10+ customers the other day. She did it with such poise and she was so calm, it was handled very well. I wanted to make sure someone knew so that she could get some credit.

My wife came home yesterday from this Walgreens angrier than I have ever seen. The African American woman at the checkout was rude and disrespectful. My wife was paying cash, and the cashier asked if she wanted to donate. My wife had never heard of this and asked her what that was. The girl started raising her voice and smashing her finger on the keypad telling my wife to press it. When my wife still didn't understand she called her stupid thinking my wife didn't hear her. But Indeed she did. Done with this Walgreens forever. Hire decent people!

Worst experience. The pickup time took for ever. They brought out my stuff after I called them 3 times. No apologies from the service personnel for criminally wasting my time. Walgreens experience has gone to dogs!!

Visited this Walgreens after my wife was given a very hard time over the phone about a refund of an order pick up for a prescription that they marked picked up by door dash if all people. When I asked Leo the “manager” how to get a refund he instantly talked fast and over talked me as he did my wife on the phone. Not answering any of my questions that I had asked him I used a profanity in my sentence and he told me I was being hostile and he would have me escorted out of “his” store. As I laughed and told him to call the cops his employee Osvaldo was apologizing as he realized his “manager” Leo is an absolute tool. Walgreens, please do better in training your managers and actually train them on how to handle customers and transactions, and instead of over talking them and fast talking , give them customer service and how to treat women with some respect. And btw the officer laughed at the “manager” Leo for lying. Do better Leo. This review is being sent to Tracey Brown and every corporate manager as well. Makes sense why your stock is tanking with idiots like this working for you.

This was my "home" Walgreens before I moved. I went here for my prescriptions, annual flu vaccine, and other health care needs. I recently had to go this pharmacy when my new pharmacy couldn't fill a prescription. This Walgreens was able to fill the prescription and get it to me quickly. I find their app to be extremely helpful. I can schedule vaccine appointments and order prescription refills easily from the app. I enjoy that they have apparel and other items from the local high schools. A portion of those sales are given back to the schools. I have also had a positive experience at the photo department. My parents still order their Christmas cards here. The rest of the store is ridiculously overpriced and I avoid it when I can. I recommend this Walgreens for all of your health care needs.

Normally, I'm disappointed in this Walgreens, however the pharmacy technician went above the call of duty and called various Walgreens to find one of my medications, because they're were out of stock. She even called a competitor and found it. Thank you Kelly!

I had a coupon from my mobile app, in which the aisle have a poster saying to download the app for a $10 discount. Showed it to the cashier and said they dont accept coupons from online which is total bs cause their store recommended to download the app for coupons. Or maybe the cashier is just lazy and dont want to apply em. Very rude customer service too.
