I've had a lot of work done by Wheeling Auto in the past. An entire exhaust system, a new gas tank, four new tires, new battery, filter s etc .Every time they treated me great, even offered to lend me a car. We finally found our mechanics that we're going to use for a long time.

So I went yesterday asking for an oil change service and filters, they refused to do the job because I bought the parts from Toyota and not from them. I only use genuine parts so their answer was they will buy the parts and mark them up!!
Anyways I was just missing some tools so I got them and did the job myself at home, thanks Wheeling Auto. It’s a 2 min drive from home but never visiting again

Trust me, he's a true gem! He'll explain the issue clearly, explore your options, and guide you with complete transparency.
As someone with a disability, I needed help getting my car back on the road And I wanted to stay on the road without a headache. Even though he hasn't finished the repairs yet, his honesty and straightforwardness give me complete confidence that my car is in the best possible hands.
I can't recommend Wheeling Auto enough – they're the real deal!

When my A/C went out late-summer, I initially tried to tough it out, but quickly got tired of sweating buckets every drive. Not only did Wheeling Auto fix the issue, but it's working better now than it was before! The staff was very patient and knowledgeable, walking me through each identified issue and transparently talking through cost. They didn't do any work without my approval first.
Additionally, the waiting/lobby area was very nice, featuring some familiar faces from Finding Nemo! Overall, I am extremely pleased and will be coming back for any future repair needs.

They scheduled me at wrong time slot for my new spotage but the front desk tried to squeeze my tire check in. They are very efficient and transparent about the problem with clear communication. I will continue to be their customer.
