Das Schlacht Haus provides the finest quality fresh beef and pork. Customers report it is the best, with an amazing meat case full of variety. The processing area is very clean, and the staff does a very good job with packaging and vacuum sealing. The extremely nice and friendly staff offers wonderful customer service and is full of information. They will cut steaks to order. Many drive a long distance for the quality of the meat and the people, stating it is more than worth the drive. Visitors have never received a bad piece or cut of meat over many years.

This was our first experience of getting a beef processed here. I was very impressed with the whole experience.
The woman that helped us out at the counter and their processing area very impressed very clean. They done a very good job on the packaging and the vacuum sealing on the meat.
