The customers wants and needs mean nothing to them. What they printed for me wasn't even close to what I had told them I want. Got charged $46 for something that I couldn't use. So I went elsewhere to someone that was willing to make what I want. Turned out great and only cost me $7.

Pinnacle is awesome!! They have done shirts for me and some really amazing graphics! They have great customer service and a fast turnaround!! I also love how they work so close with you throughout the entire process, to make your personalized designs come to life, so perfectly!! Give them a call, they can literally do it all!!

Doesn't respond well to requests and has displayed rude responses to recent customers from their mishaps. This Company went downhill with new management from old.
