The only downfall is that they close at noon on Thursdays which can be very inconvenient at times but the service and people are excellent and it's always a joy going in and seeing the friendly faces. The sweet bank tellers are always helpful and kind when I have questions. I have been banking there for years and will continue to do so.

They don't post a fax number or email addresses on their site for contacting the bank. They are closed Thursday afternoon, a throwback to the 1980's. They provide a form on their site for submitting email inquiries, which I used, but they did not respond to. When I asked about their non-response they said "oh, we don't use that; no one sees what people submit, that's just our internet stuff." How d*** is that!

The problem with this bank is that when you call they do not answer, I tried calling them several times and its like the phone number was changed. If you go on the website they do not provide a phone number either. The website is confusing and not well made. I would think a bank would have communication in order. The people are friendly though, and the banking over all is good and fair. Again its not being able to contact them but through email that is annoying.
