“Took my tractor in for fuel issues. Most of the time, I had to call them myself to find out what was going on with the tractor. During one of those calls, I was told they had broken a switch and had a replacement overnighted to them.
I called back on Tuesday to check on the status of the tractor, and they told me they were replacing the switch and hoped to squeeze me in sometime this week.
So, you broke my tractor, and now I have to go back in line and wait for the part you broke to be repaired? I would think that should be a priority.
A little advice for the service managers: communicate with your customers so they know what’s going on with their equipment. Also, if you break something, prioritize fixing it so you have a satisfied customer.
UPDATE: They made it right, fixed the tractor without it going back in line. Delivered it back to my house same day.”
