This is my go to place for lunch. Love their chicken sandwhiches and cookies. The staff is always friendly and quick. A little more expensive but that's everywhere nowadays.

I’ve been getting pizza from the rt104 Casey’s in auburn for some time now. Honestly it’s just always mediocre. But tonight was completely bad, enough for me to get back into my google account to do this review. We ordered a pizza and loaded pepperoni cheese sticks online. When we got back home and opened the box, realized it was wrong. Just plain cheese sticks and our pizza was supposed to be half cheese and topping on the other half, but instead had sausage on the right side and other toppings on the left. After calling the store about the order being wrong the person on the phone was very rude and certain that they made it correctly. He asked us to bring it back to he could see it and continued to argue with us about it being correct to him based on the order ticket but it wasn’t what we order. He wasn’t reading the ticket correctly. Then stormed off saying he couldn’t even deal with us. At that point we didn’t want our pizza remade, just asked for a refund. I’ll be choosing to go to a local place in chatham from now on. I don't see how employees get away with this crap these days. It never would have been tolerated when I was younger working in retail/customer service.

I usually don't have any issues with this place, but last time I was there, I ordered a pizza at the counter around 7 p.m. and the guy that was working in the kitchen at the moment was pretty angry and he started swearing up a storm and he cussed at me a couple of times. I did not appreciate being spoken to like that when I was polite the whole time. A couple that was behind me witnessed it and they said he is like that alot whenever they come here. If that's true, then that is completely unprofessional of him and not a good business practice of the owner to keep him around if he does that regularly.

This visit I witnessed 2 employees cussing and talking negatively about their manager IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS! Even after they realized I was watching and listening, they continued to do so. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful.

The food at the store on Lincoln St in Auburn is better than the one at arte 104 but the service is much slower. The other store is bigger but the Lincoln St store is cozier and always seems to have more food in it.
