I received the wrong flowers and spoke to the manager who was very nice willing to send me new ones!

Absolutely not a large arrangement which I paid extra for. The 4 roses are half dead. Called and was told the boss would contact me but have heard nothing! Have emailed twice with no response. Bad way to run a business. Will try to get my money back!

Colleague's mother passed away and my office sent him some flowers with our condolences and they got the name wrong. Spelling of first name and completely wrong last name. Pathetic.
