I come here to get coffee when I am out of k -cups. I usually come around 5am and today I was told no coffee until 6am and he refused to brew any. Never had this happen before. He was too busy on the cell phone to care.

I purchased a Roblox card at 7-Eleven on Christmas, and the cashier supposedly activated it. However, when I tried to redeem it for my niece, the code showed as already claimed. When I sought help, the cashier falsely claimed the activation code was on my receipt, which is untrue—I’ve never needed anything more than my payment method. 7-Eleven needs to resolve this issue or it raises concerns about theft through bogus gift cards. Will follow up with a BBB report. Standby for updates.

ATM broken, store knows it, but they don’t put a sign to let customers know. They just let you put your card in and lose your withdrawal

The middle Eastern employee is a jerk with an attitude ..I won money on. A scratch off he tried to give me only half. Didn't want to serve me a hot dog and had an attitude about ringing up my food...let me tell you this guy needs an attitude adjustment..what a jerk

I give them one star because I cannot give lower. I have mobility problems and I was low on fuel heading to Rush Copley hospital to go to the E.R. because of a worsening of my mobility issues. Called the handicap assistance number on their pump twice and they let it ring until a fax picked up and then hung up. Notifying corporate too.

I wanted to buy the 2 for $3 Brisk Iced Tea. I selected 2 of the Blackberry Smash flavor as usual. When they rang up, they came up at $1.99 each. The lady at the counter said "yes, I see 2 but must be 2 different". I explained this was in error but she said no. I showed her the yellow sale sign and then she said "oh, it's tea AND JUICE" and said I had to buy a tea and a juice. I told her she was wrong again, and that I have bought these many times before. She refused to help or listen to me. I simply left and will never shop here again.

I have always had a good experience at this store. I've only had one cashier act disgusted because I was buying cigarettes. The baked goods are the best I have purchased. I walk to this store two or three times a week.

This isn't a restaurant or a top tier shop that everyone is expecting a 5 star experience from. The gas is the cheapest I've seen anywhere else, and that's why I give I 4 stars. It's A GAS STATION. Get a few snacks maybe and that's it. However cashback at the register would be nice though.
