What an absolutely fantastic experience! Staff is always friendly, highly knowledgeable and helpful. I purchased my Miele here years ago. I brought my hose in for a repair, and they repaired it quickly and FREE OF CHARGE saving me the cost of purchasing a new hose! Definitely a 5-star family owned business! Thank you again!!

A&E Vacuum..customer service was excellent. They repaired my Kirby vacuum, it runs great. Very reasonable prices. I will definitely be a return costumer for all my vacuum cleaner needs.

I have been a customer of A & E Vacuum for over 15 years. I initially bought the Sebo upright vacuum, but realized being older this vacuum was too heavy for me. So, I went to A & E Vacuum for a Sebo K3 Canister, because I was very displeased with the previous Sebo Dealer that was closer to me. Since that time there has been more Dealers that have opened closer to me, but I continue to drive out to A & E Vacuum. Their service is impeccable, they are honest, fair and treat their customers with the utmost courtesy. They really appreciate their customers' loyalty, and really go out of their way to help them. I drive out once a year for my Sibo Vacuum cleaning, new bags & filters, and if I run out during the year I will place an additional order with them. Customer service is very important when you are buying products that you depend on, so I need not go anywhere else for my cleaning needs. Thank you A & E for always providing me with excellent service for the past 16 years!

We brought in our vacuum after it stopped turning on. The turn around time was quick! When I got the vacuum back it was not performing as it had in the past. I expressed my concerns and Liz went to bat for us with the manufacturer to ensure we were completely satisfied. It turned out to be a bad filter that needed to be replaced! Liz came to the rescue and got it fixed quickly! Thank you Liz! I will continue to bring all my vacuum issues to A & E Vacuum!

From first visit to final purchase, the entire buying journey was delightful. I absolutely love my K2 turbo. I call her Thelma. I was able to vacuum two floors of my house this weekend with ease. On the stairs the vacuum literally erased the thread and particles on the runner. This vacuum is everything Elizabeth, the salesperson, said it was and they made the purchase of it a great experience because they were informative, kind and honest.
