Sarinthia Newman promised me a discount but she lied and when I called she just hung up. Very disappointed and I hate to see a place i once loved so much hire liars and scammers so please don't reach out to me either I don't want any of the pity apologies and false promises.

I came in for an international drivers license and it was very quick and efficient service. Demarie L. helped me and even printed out some papers about my destination that I can read on the plane. Love running into nice people and AAA has never let me down

I wrote in to corporate letting them know my experience that I got turn around on 2 of my appointments for an oil change and wheel alignment. Fox Valley called me in to get the work done and only did the oil change. I had to go get my truck inspected for work. It failed again for the wheel alignment so I went through my inspection chart on line that AAA sent me via text. Where I saw that the alignment needed attention so I looked on the computer on my tires and they were never rotated or looked at because the tire pressure was still the same as before. 29,25,35 and 30. They asked me to come back this morning and I am very frustrated not only about my time spent and the time I had to take off work but just with the unjust period. I have the receipt that shows they have done the work on the alignment but your system shows that the work was never done. Although I am grateful that they compensated my oil change and said they did my alignment it was never done. they guy on the phone that did the work who name is on the report said to me that he will check it out and talked to me as I didn't know anything about my computer changing after the wheels have been updated that it updated on its own and the excuses that was gave for his negligence and thinking because I'm a woman and do not know any better made me feel that he thought I was stupid or something and I believe it was done intentional. Now how many people has gotten done like this and my time at AAA has been waisted and they have lost a customer.

Got my International Driver Permit (IDP) issued very easily and quickly here. Only needed 2 passport photos (go to Walmart), my Driver’s License, $20, and a filled out application form. Very nice customer service!

Outstanding Customer Service!
I had an amazing experience at AAA. From the moment I walked in the building, Demarie Love from the service team was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help. He went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and that I was completely satisfied with the service provided.
He showed genuine care and professionalism. It’s rare to find such excellent service these days, and I truly appreciate the effort he put into making customers feel valued.
I highly recommend AAA for your car, insurance and travel needs. I will definitely be returning in the future. Keep up the fantastic work!

Stranded, stressed, and with nowhere to turn to, until the marvels at Fox Valley Naperville AAA swooped in, like superheroes without capes. From the moment we walked in, their professionalism was clear, but what blew us away was their genuine empathy and kindness. This team redefined "above and beyond." One of the staff, Sonny, was so gracious enough to help provide all the services and information I need to have my my car towed back to Dekalb at an affordable price and secured an incredibly discounted rate for my car rental (due to my AAA membership- I recommend you get one if you don't). I was left absolutely speechless by the extraordinary service they provided. Kudos to this spectacular team—I'm recommending these automotive wizards with 100% confidence. I will never be back, never even will give them a try and I'm going to call AAA to lodge a formal complaint. My car is overdue for service and they made it worse in a bad time for me. They wasted 35 minutes of my time when I jumped through hoops and had to be somewhere in a semi-emergency.
I asked for an appointment at the end of December as a request through their website. Day of the request I received a text (See Attached Image) stating the next appointment is 1/8/25 at 11. I responded right away that it was no problem. They stated that they will set it up. Cool.
Well at the time of the appointment, I had a personal matter to attend to that was a family matter and timely. So I worked it out to drop my my car off there only to be told that he (1, couldn't find me in there and (2, were low on techs and couldn't take my car in. I question that I was even scheduled. I asked to talk with a Manager. They offered me an appointment 1.5 weeks later. Ridiculous. The Manager stated he wanted to service me, but 1.5 weeks later.
I asked that if they were low on techs, why didn't you call or text. He said they did and called all appointments. So, I have nothing on my iPhone from AAA in calls or texts. That is where I question that Sonny (name on text) even scheduled me as stated in the first place.
Folks, you wasted my time when I couldn't spare it, added a lot more stress to my situation, and really did nothing to resolve it.
I'm a new AAA insurance holder and member and NOW I am wondering if I need to shop and cancel my policy. Let's see what they say when I call them.
To your shop in Aurora, No Thank You!!! for the terrible customer service!!!

I've went to this location twice. First time I had a flat tire, it was before they opened but thankfully I was let in and allowed to wait inside in the heat versus the cold. They fixed my tire, no issues since. Second time I went to get my battery replaced, I couldn't tell you how nice and genuine they were, yet again! Sonny was the manager who helped me both times and is the reason I'm coming back for any future maintenance. They found and fixed a couple minor problems for no addiontial fees and by the time it came for the check, it was less than quoted due to sonny's help in keeping the costs down and affordable. The mechanics are very knowledgable and experienced. Been months since I've had work done, and my vehicle still sounding perfect. Give them a shot! Car stuff is stressful, they make it easy.

I can't recommend this location enough! From start to finish, the experience was flawless. I brought my car in for some unexpected issues, and the team was not only professional but genuinely kind and attentive.
A special shoutout to Sonny! He went above and beyond to explain the repairs in a way I could actually understand, breaking down the costs and options without any pressure. You can tell he really cares about the customers and their vehicles. He even took the time to double-check everything before I left, ensuring my car was safe and running smoothly. Doesn't try to sell me something I don't need or overcharge me for anything.
The shop itself is clean, organized, and well-run, with quick turnaround times. They clearly take pride in their work and their reputation, and it shows.
