Diagnose the issue for free, provide quote that was much more budget friendly that I had received elsewhere, then repaired in timely manner with 12-month 12,000 mile warranty. Seams like a good shop.

I walked in and needed to get body work on my car , the old man had sensitive ears and said I was to loud, its my tone of voice, he was rude so I walked out , I will never go or recommend this company and especially not this location

This Aamco is horrible. I took my car to them in 2018 because my engine was making a ticking sound. Found out the lifters were messed up which I had already knew from a family friend that works on cars. Aamco stated they could repair my engine and get me a warranty. I paid over $3,000. I had to return 1 month later because the car was making the same noise. Also my air was not working. They did not recharge my air because they did not have the right tools. I had to take my car to dodge and have the air recharged because they did not have the correct tools for the dodge charger. They sent me on the run around for 2 months until I called the corporate office and explained what happened and they refunded my money I had to pay out of pocket. I did get a 5yr unlimited Mile warranty on the engin including parts and labor. This is now the 5th year and the engine is making the ticking sound again. I took my car back to them and they told me there was nothing they could do because they did not provide the warranty. They have sent me to a body shop where Aamco purchased the engine and now it is going on 3 months and my car is still not fixed. John and the owner of Aamco have been very rude to me and will not offer any help. If I paid Aamco for the engine why am I doing all the work to get my car repaired from a junk yard where they purchased a engine and did not make sure if something goes wrong that my car would be fixed in a timely manner. I will never go back to this Aamco nor will I recommend them to wipe my shoes off. This is a horrible place and they don't care about the customers. They just want to make money and get you out the door. I am reporting them to the BBB and the shop they bought the engine from because neither company wants to fix my car and my warranty is not up until November. Now I am out of $1652 at dodge dealership because they refused to fix my car that is still under warranty. If I paid Aamco why I am dealing with a third party company. Aamco should be dealing with them to make sure I get my car fixed and they are not doing anything. They took my money is what they did. And now will not back me up on the warranty to get my car fixed.

The transmission went out on our 2007 Buick LaCrosse, so they fixed it up and did it in a reasonable amount of time. Then, as luck would have it, our engine needed to be replaced. We already knew the time was coming based on the sounds it had been making. They came and towed our car to their shop. They found us a new engine and did a complete engine swap. They also replaced it in a very timely manner. We had a broken fog light (which we never even mentioned to them) and they took care of that for us. Their prices were very reasonable, service was excellent and they're very friendly. Finally, a mechanic we can trust! We will be using them for all of our other cars when the time comes. I HIGHLY recommend AAMCO!
