ACE 123 did an excellent job with everything we needed done in our home! They did hardwood floors, painted and renovated room in the basement and a lot of other stuff! Communication was great. Alexis always made sure to reply as quick as he could and always checked if we had any concerns with the work that had been done! He made us feel confident in the work they were doing in our home! Definitely recommend

Absolutely phenomenal work. Hired Carlos to help make my dream kitchen come to life and ACE 123 did just that and more. Very easy to work with and were really patient with me which I appreciated a lot (i am very picky). Ace123 did a great job on my bathroom. I have a 1920's old building with plaster walls and all the issues that come with old Chicago buildings. Repairs/renovations are not easy or straight forward but that was not an issue for them. The floors look beautiful and properly leveled. Like any job, not everything is perfect and smooth. There were some issues along the way, but Carlos & Alexis were ALWAYS available and open to discuss the best way to solve them. I will definitely hire this crew again.

Carlos & his brother came out and did some great work on our house. Him & his crew laid down 10 yards of mulch around the house & it came out looking terrific! I highly recommend these guys to any neighbors & will use them for more projects to come!
