Had a really weird exchange with a cashier. I asked for change because I didn’t have a quarter to insert it into the cart to do shopping. I only needed a quarter to gain access to spend money there! The cashier first would not give me change until I handed my money first, I brushed it off not bug deal I get it they didn’t want me to run off with $5 dollars…but after the change was exchanged they go to tell me “next time someone won’t give you change” and I asked whys that and they go “because they wont”…I’m not sure if it’s company policy but the only reason I needed change was to shop at their store! Very weird and unnecessary interaction lol. I just left with my money and went to a different store. You get none of my money!

I’m not sure what’s going on in some of these stores however it’s very disrespectful when you hear a manager may comment so about you possibly stealing, but in fact, you have no desire to do that because you work for a Accompany that does shopping for people. It’s very disrespectful. On top of that the store was not the most cleanly nor was the urgency to check people out there do better Aldi do better at training your staff and your managers.

Just a typical Aldi. Just wish the one guy cleaning up boxes wasn't slamming them so loud you couldn't even have a conversation with the person next to you.

Tonight there was an incident with a seemingly intoxicated customer at the store. There was a woman and child with him and the employees did an incredible job calming the mother and child while the police dealt with the man. They brought the boy candy, water, tissues, and asked if they were hungry or needed anything. I know this isn't "aldi" related, but these employees need to be recognized for what they did to keep everyone, including the customers, safe. Thank you guys so much 👍🏻
