I was quoted on the phone, and was charged a much higher amount than anticipated, when pointed out, she admitted to her fault but did not correct the error and still charged me a higher amount.
I understand upcharging at a small business for different services, but being misquoted and then having to pay a higher price because the service has been completed is just not right.

The workers there are so unprofessional and rude. I was shopping at the Jewel Osco when I had to run to the bathroom but it’s under renovation, normally it wouldn’t be a huge issue but I am currently 7 months pregnant. I went here to ask if I could quickly use their bathroom (which again I would never do under any other circumstance) and the three women there were just sitting on their phones asking if I was going to get a service done and when I said no they said their bathroom wasn’t open to the public. As a woman I find it extremely disgusting and rude how they handled that, it’s not even the fact that they said no it was the fact they were rude the whole time and only would let me use it if I had a service done and from what I’ve seen in the reviews I would never get my nails done here. Also not to mention there wasn’t a single customer in there and now I know why.

Walked in and was accommodated. Emily is a dynamo and did a beautiful job on my manicure and Karen did a lovely job on my pedicure. I will return!

I got no chip manicure, it barely lasted a week. Nothing wrong with what the technician did but the nail polish looked very old and thick. Inspite of curating the nails under the lamp for 5 min total, it started peeling within a week. They need to restock!
