I would give a minus if, I could. Gave false information and had to call corporate to rectify situation. When back multiple times before calling corporate. Corporate made a formal complaint about store. Customer service rep told me she had heard horror stories but this was the worst.

I start with one sales person who handed me after another sales person in the middle of my purchase. That sales person started handling other customers before some of the tactical issues with my new phone were resolved I was in the store and inordinate amount of time The worst thing was I was quoted that my monthly payments would be around $97 and I later received an email from AT&T that stated my monthly payments we’re gonna be $114 I feel like I was being handled by shady used car sales people. I almost feel like it was a classic baiting switch When my contract is up With AT&T, I will look for another carrier as I will not do business of AT&T again, and I will recommend to my friends and family that they don’t do business With AT&T.

We recently switched our phone service to AT&T through Costco. After receiving the new phone, we needed to set up the eSIM and switch devices between my wife and daughter. To avoid long wait times on customer service calls and potential mistakes that could lock our phones, my wife went to the AT&T store to get these steps handled in person.
She arrived at 6:10 PM and found the store not particularly busy, yet there were hardly any agents at the front to assist customers. Shockingly, she waited until 7:25 PM — a full hour and 15 minutes — before anyone even attended to her. Throughout this time, several agents were visibly sitting in the back, making no effort to help, while frustrated customers either waited endlessly or gave up and left. One customer, fed up with the lack of assistance, started yelling at the agents for hiding and neglecting their duties.
After this outrageous wait, my wife was finally told that I needed to be present since the account is under my name. This could have been communicated right when she arrived, saving everyone time and frustration — instead, she was informed just 30 minutes before closing, after waiting over an hour.
This experience was absolutely unacceptable. The lack of professionalism and accountability from the store’s staff, including the manager, was appalling. If this is the level of service AT&T provides, I’m seriously reconsidering our decision to switch. Action needs to be taken to ensure this kind of negligence doesn’t happen again.

This is absolutely the worst experience I've ever had in retail. I went there and there were three customers ahead of me and 5 employees. Only one was helping the customers the other 4 lazy bums were stocking phone cases, doing something on their phones, one person just stairing into space.
Lazy lazy people. AT&T we know you pay these GED people nothing but can you please fire them.

Extremely bad service they don’t care about the customers and it’s been more than an hour I was waiting just for the small service there are simply sitting with other customers not doing any work and even I was asking for the service multiple times had a worst experience for the service
