Bad service, if you look Hispanic they will give you a different service.
The store manager Giovanny is very disrespectful, I ask if he speak Spanish and he change his voice tone, like very mad and bother.
Usually when I go in any other locations, they helps us out. This is the worst location. Don’t even bother. I’ll post a review from my 33 thousand followers in my Facebook page.

Went in today (01/07/25 @ about 9:20am) and was made fun of by two young men working there, one of which was the cashier that rung me up and the other was just on his phone next to him. They were laughing and making meowing noises (I was wearing a hat with ears). I don't see how it's funny, but even if it is for them then they should at least try to keep their professionalism and wait until I leave if they want to laugh at me so bad. I felt so uncomfortable, I'm never coming back here. I'd rather go to O'Reilly, they behave more professionally there at least. I added a picture of the stamp on the receipt in case you care to find out who I'm talking about.

Terrible location, zero customer service. Went in today to change battery and the staff told me to go elsewhere because they don’t have the tools?! Are you kidding me in an auto zone? They did not even attempt to look at the car to attempt to install the battery! The staff told my dad that he has told another customer to go elsewhere!!! Is that how it’s done, push customers out because you do not want to do the work! Went to the location on 3045 E New York st and the gentleman was phenomenal ! Changed it and provided excellent customer service. Please avoid this location and go to the other one if you want any work done.

Called earlier in the day to test the alternator & battery. They said they could. Drove to the store and the alternator tester doesnt work.

Hello, I hope a supervisor sees it, I went to this place this morning and the person who was there was trying to sell parts that are not left and I show him what I am dealing with and I say that that is the part and has nothing to do with it, I don't know why they don't have people who know what asen and not such Indian people.

People work there not very knowledgeable wait time was a little long to get help. They have alot of workers but seems like they were hiding in the back.

Terrible customer service, no greeting from the workers. Waited for for someone to assist me and my dad. My dad asked if anyone was working, while there were 3 people in back and responded "no, no one is working" finally someone came and helped but the lady was on her phone and not paying attention to what kind of v belt we asked for and has someone else go and get it but doesn't rely the message needed a size 40 v belt and not the same one. Went to O'Reillys and was greeted and helped as soon as we walked in, they had us out the door with the right belt, took less time then waiting 10 to 15 minutes at this autozone. Get workers that care and have knowledge.

My friend's vehicle wasn't starting. We came here, to the 1017 Farnsworth store, on New Years day and they hooked us up with a new battery and install for $100 and some change. Totally would recommend. Their staff , Marilyn and Alejandro are elite!
