I walked in to return some stuff on a Saturday at 4pm and they told me they couldn't because the manager wasn't there, how is there not a manager in such a big store at that time of the day?! Unacceptable, do Better.

Do not EVER go here, Mark the dude that owns the big red van does not know how to install the correct battery in a vehicle, dude installed the WRONG BATTERY in my moms car. Will NEVER be coming back here. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Stopped by with my spouse to pickup a few things and we were totally shunned at the checkout while they stood there speaking in spanish with each other having a good time ignoring customers.

Customer service is horrible here. They refuse to pick orders, refuse to help customers, and the worker seriously preferred to refund money from my online order. And yes they had the parts the guy just said well nobody is picking orders so I can’t give them to you. And kept complaining saying nobody does their job. And was huffing and puffing too. There was only one other person in the store and 2 workers so yea he had time to get the parts.

I recently had to replace my car battery in the freezing rain, and I can't thank Danny Navarro and Mark Zimmerle at AutoZone enough for their exceptional service. Despite the challenging weather conditions, they went above and beyond to efficiently and professionally change my battery. Their dedication and expertise truly saved the day. Highly recommend AutoZone, especially with staff like Danny and Mark!

Nothing wrong with the shop except the customer service from the manager. Manager was fed up by getting phone calls as well as treating an employee poorly. John W. was the employee assisting us at the register and was very kind but the manager with neck tattoos was very rude to us and to John.
