I was not happy with the change out of the vehical. The agent did explain why, but the vehicle was not my favorite. The agent was very patient, polite and helpful. I would rent from Avis again.

Had a bad experience I left this location feeling unsatisfied as a paying customer. The employee would not modify my reservation. Tried to up sale the insurance package. Once I said no to the up sale she became rude and refused me a vehicle. So I then went to another location and found out it was a hold on my card. Then I called her back and she tried to tell me that it was not a hold. So I had to go to a third location where a very nice ? guy finally got me a rental. I had to call my bank to get the hold off of my card .

I had a great experience at this location and with Farah. She is great, customer oriented with good communication skills. I will definitely go back to her anytime I need a rental car.

ZERO STARS for Avis car rental in Naperville, IL. But it won’t let me post without selecting at least one star. The Vehicle smelled extremely Smokey which voided their “Smoke Free Vehicle Guarantee”. This guarantee is clearly posted on the door as you walk in. They did nothing about it even after I pointed it out and I asked about their guarantee. Staff has no clue what’s going on and don’t seem to be able to handle any issues as I was told I can call and speak to a manager when I return the vehicle. I Didn’t receive any discount as an Elite Founders Card member after stating my membership status. I Didn’t receive the 35% off coupon as a first time Avis car renter either. Terrible experience all around. After clearly stating that it was unacceptable having the vehicle smell like smoke, my concern was dismissed with so solution offered and no discount or anything in return as a courtesy for the inconvenience.

Their dedication and commitment to excellence - both evident throughout my rental process. I have been sharing their outstanding service with colleagues, friends, and family, emphasizing how they went above and beyond. Sadaf and Farah's efforts have undoubtedly created brand loyalty among the young future decision-makers that I helped to chaperone. Avis remains my first choice in the car rental industry, and I will continue to recommend Avis. I want to extend many thanks to the staff who assisted me, as their contributions have made a significant difference and they are valuable assets to Avis.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made a reservation for a rental that was booked and confirmed. I arrived at the location and the attendant told me there were no cars available. The attendant did not assist at all in finding a car or with updating my reservation with a current status. I received no email stating that there were no cars available. When questioned about the cars on the lot, I was told that one was reserved from someone who booked a day prior and the other one needed service. As my husband and I sat there trying to figure out what to do, another family came in to pick up their rental that was available, and I overheard the attendant state to the family they were hours late, but luckily they still had something available. How, when she just explained to me nothing was available? We proceeded to call customer service, only for them to tell me they have plenty of inventory. Something is not adding up. I definitely will not waste time renting from Avis again. I would not recommend, especially if you urgently need the rental. They will not help you and you will be frustrated and disappointed with their service.

I rent very often from this location. I have always received great customer service. Their check in and check out process is fast. The cars I have received were all in great condition.

I had booked an intermediate SUV ( Rav 4 or equivalent) via costcotravel. When I reached to pick up the vehicle I was first offered a Jeep Cherokee latitude which had some 45000 odd miles on it ( never got a rental car which was driven for such long miles ) .I picked it up and when i was driving home back I realized the car had a very strong smell like someone had smoked inside the car . I called the dealership and they offered to switch the car . Which is really great . This time I got a KIA Seltos . I had a doubt if this is a intermediate SUV or is it a downgrade . I was told KIA seltos is also an intermediate SUV I didnt have time to stand their and argue .Just took the car and left . Car was in good condition . but KIA seltos is definitely not in the same class as Rav 4 its one grade less . I am not sure if this is a mistake by AVIS vehicle categorization or the retailer .

I had an amazing experience with then! All the women that helped me throughout the process, were absolutely wonderful. I was in 2 rentals from them for the week and half my car was in the shop (lord knows why my car was in the shop that long). But they helped me. They answered questions and were open 7 days a week. I was not disappointed and I will co.tinue to use them in the future
