I've been driving over an hour to come to this location for the past 7 months. I'm able to complete all of my banking needs in a timely manner. On my last visit Gabriela went out of her way to complete some of my tasks while I waited for Raul to finish the others. Between the two of them, I was able to get everything done. They were patient, professional and helpful which I truly appreciate. They make me feel like a valued customer which is why I continue to bank here.

Today I went to the bank to open an account by appointment, excellent, very friendly, dedicated to their work and solve the problems and inconveniences with their cards and bank accounts to the best of their ability, very cordial patients, they opened my accounts for me uuuf quickly, of course taking the corresponding documentation in my case, Social Security, work permit, bank statement showing the address, two identifications showing your name and photo and $100 for the opening, all very good. They also speak Spanish there, not all but you can understand

WHAT IS THAT HORRIBLE SMELL?I avoid this branch at all costs because it always smells like onions or garlic or something awful. I prefer going to Chase where I get charged for using their ATM, however it is better and the cost one has to pay in order to avoid the horrendous stench. I do not believe it is caused by arbys or wendys or chilis or bww, this odor began recently and always smells.

very annoying you call by phone to try to make an appointment and they never answer your calls it always goes to the mailbox and when you decide to go to the location to have the deal in person at the entrance the person who is the manager you are talking to him and he never has time and if He says that he listens to you, he almost does it, ignoring you especially if one speaks to him in Spanish, he makes you wait too long and does not offer you cordial treatment. You ask him questions to solve things online because online banking also fails a lot and he does not know how to answer or help you in what you need

This is the worst Bank of America branch I have ever visited. Horrible customer service. One teller working while the other employees stand around and do nothing and the drive in is closed permanently.

Very unprofessional people at this location. I had gone yesterday to open an account and keep in mind the bank was empty there were not many customers and at first they were nice and all and they had taken my information. There was another man wanting to open a bank account and luckily they did attend him but they had told me 5 minutes and after 3 minutes they told me that I had two options 1. I could come back at 4. 2. Come back another day. I literally don’t understand why they told me that when the lady was doing nothing just standing there and walking to the back room. Useless people and frustrating people to work with who don’t even do their jobs. Never mind about opening an account with this horrible bank.

This is obviously a Bank that believes it can charge for services that are non-existent. Called Bank numerous times, no anwer, phone system just puts you in a loop. A wire we sent from another Bank to a recipient in Florida with a BOA account still has not received the deposit after 23 days. We also have an account with BOA but chose to wire the money through a different Bank where we also have an account. The recipient says that as of last Friday BOA in Florida is telling him it will take another 5 to 7 days to work this out. Thats almost 30 days after the wire was sent. It should be illegal but the Consumer Finance Department tells me the only thing they can do is send them a notice that gives them up to 60 days to respond. Should be illegal. Do not bank here!!!!!

I recently went into this branch located on Indian Trail in Aurora,IL, had the worst experience, they are not even worthy of 1 star, the teller and manager that was there on the day that I visited should both be terminated, wanted to let them know that I did file a complaint and will be closing my account

Only have one teller that can take deposits, when teller needs to take lunch or use bathroom, bank is pretty much useless.
